Very good room size, cleaning service and accessibility with great easy access to taxi Concierge was fabulous

Paid for executive club lounge and 3 out of four nights there was no hot food or wine left when we arrived around 6:30 pm, service was non existent and food was not replenished, paid extra for access to lounge with very little benefit very poor will not pay for poor service and service in a minimum stocked club lounge not a memorable experience, will not recommend to friends to pay quite embarrassing. Unfortunate because all consierge staff and bar staff were exceptional

Breakfast was really good. Room comfortable and spacious with good views. Bathroom all good. Pool and gym were great. Staff very helpful and pleasant.

No bath robes provided. The card system for the lift kept failing - I had to go back to reception many times to have the card reset. No black tea or real milk in room (just powdered creamer), and no teaspoons. Restaurant was too brightly lit in the evening and had no atmosphere. Food I had in the restaurant was mediocre and not as expected.

We stayed here for only one night and actually splurged big time by staying here, in comparison to our usual hotel choices. But everyone deserves a bit of pampering every now and then and this hotel does just that. Beds were great. Shower was great. Water was hot and the towels were soft and fluffy. Roomservice worked like a dream and breakfast was lovely.

Great location and fantastic staff, especially the concierge. Restaurant was fantastic, breakfast buffet amazing. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

In comparison to other hotels in the area and at the same star rating this was definitely over priced.

we arrived on 8th Dec and the lobby is lovely but even nicer with the christmas tree and a small service to switch on the lights

this may seem petty but we were part of a tour but booked to stay the night before as it was easier to fit in with other travel plans. The tour allowed for access to the VIP lounge. the check in told us all about the VIP lounge but was quite insistent we could only access it the following day. overall we have 3 nights with the hotel (2 part of the tour) it just felt mean to not provide the vip acess the day early (which frankly we wouldnt really use as we were out on tours all day. ) also the lobby and bar is too cold to sit in, we didnt bother having a drink as was freezing. Hotel is a little dated but clean.

Location was good and staff generally very helpful and cheerful, especially the concierge staff, who could not go enough for you.

Limited menu for dining especially for vegetarian diets

There was a terrible problen that caused real inconvenience - the magnetic card for the elevator and room door very often did not work. I had to cahnge cards many times, and even more often ad to ask the conceirge to follow me to the elevator and the room. This is absolutely unfitted to a good hotel like yours.

Big, comfortable rooms, coffee and tea in the room. Excellent fitness area

Staff at breakfast was slightly overstrained. ( Waiting for the coffee, cleaning tables)

The staff of hotel is very helpful, arranged the Covid test for us , the lab personnel came to hotel sampling at lobby for us , and result to us email within 4hrs . Also hotel staff arranged a taxi for us , told the driver our plan for the day . Took us to the Middle of the World, Virgin of Quito , Basilica and also wait for us for a short lunch . The charge was very reasonable, the service was excellent. Hotel also arranged extended time for us to stay for middle night flight departures. That is very important us so we still have time to relax at the hotel for several hours before get on the plane . We are really pleased with their service. The restaurant also offers continental breakfast for 8$ , also have a good menu for lunch and dinner.

The staff were very nice and the Hilton had a convenient location. The hotel restaurant was reasonably prices and there were many other restaurants located near by.

The room was a little hot. We kept setting the temperature to 67 and it was always turned off when we came back to the room.
