Staff is wonderful; friendly and accommodating (Patricio and the three women)! The garden area in the middle is a nice bit of green space to lounge/sit and relax. TVs with access to streaming services (you provide your own log in) afforded much-needed downtime after traveling for weeks.

Access to anything outside the hotel requires a text (which is typical), just wanted ability to walk around a neighborhood or to dinner. Felt like the cost was high compared to other places I’ve booked in Quito.

The rooms are a little dated but clean and comfortable. The rooms near reception are noisy, but the rooms around the rear courtyard are quieter. Breakfast is basic but sufficient. Very friendly and helpful staff.

This hotel is in a gorgeous old well maintained building with exquisite wood floors and classically decorated. There are numerous places to sit and relax including a gorgeous court yard My room was the perfect size with big windows and good window coverings to block.out morning light. Great shower with really hot water and the staff was amazing. They are warm,kind ,helpful and I felt so lucky to have found this special place. Also it is close to numerous shops restaurantes, museum Park etc....LOVED IT!

Breakfast was great, the rooms were lovely. Staff were so helpful with everything, helped to book taxis for us and got prices before we left. I love the grass area in the middle to just relax, it's a great hotel, would definitely stay again.

The place was so nice! Location is very convenient and safe. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The place is excellent for those who come for meetings, business and it is very close to downtown.

The rooms aren't heated, so it was cooler than one would like. Bed was nice and warm, however, and blankets were provided. Something to keep in mind.

This beatiful hotel is located in very safe area of the city. Room was very clean and bed comfortable. I loved that everything is in very close distance.. shops, market, museum. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also super tasty.

Lovely little place, with comfortable rooms. The breakfast was tasty, and the location was close enough to the centre of the city. However, it's the staff that make this place special. They were wonderfully welcoming and couldn't do enough for us.

can't fault it apart from dodgy wi-fi, but we found that wherever we went in Ecuador!
