A lovely little hotel which felt like home between our tours. The rooms were decent sized and clean. Hot showers! The staff were fantastic. The man named Augusto on reception desk looked after us so well! Helping us sort out day trips and gave good restaurant recommendations. Richard was really helpful too!

They made arrangements for a taxi to pick me up/drop me off at/from airport and did not overcharge.

Breakfast was extremely salty TV only showed one channel Receptionist tried to swipe my card again because something on their system was not working when I had already received confirmation from my bank that the payment had gone through

The room was pretty. The staff was nice. The entrance was very secure. Great hot water, great bathroom with soap dispenser, etc.

The room was a bit small and the windows gave directly on the shared terrace so we had to keep the curtains closed. I am not sure if it was the water next to the reception (I learned later that it was filtered, not bottled), but I was unfortunatly sick the whole time I stayed there. There could be more than 2 chairs on the terrace.

For the price, I would have expected cable tv (it was fuzzy antenna channels and a glitchy Roku type box that hardly worked) and purified water.

The staff were very accommodating and helpful and the traditional breakfast was really good with huge portions. The hotel is located in an really good location and prices are very reasonable. The staff responded to all my requests very quickly and were very helpful in getting pcr tests and taxis.

There was no kettle working so could not get hot water. The shower water temperature was hard to regulate and my room had a window right up against the pillow so it meant getting woken up at night if lights were switched on outside.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff was super nice, the room was comfortable and the amenities were everything I look for in a hotel. The place was well maintained and the aesthetic was on point.

I can’t think of anything I didn’t like.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They assisted us with a lot of things, such as safety precautions in Quito, transport options, ecuadorian telephone number/mobile internet and so on.

The location was in a great location and the staff were profesional and friendly. The rooms were decent sized and had everything I needed to sleep well. Breakfast was delicious.

The staff made everything possible to ease the problems we confronted. They were really kind and helpful. The room was nice with a terrace. Breakfast was very nice but not a buffet as offered. The local breakfast (tigrillo) was delicious.

The property is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. There is no lift and I was on the third floor. It was really annoyed since I had a sore knee and besides the altitude played a role too making it more difficult. This information MUST be included. There was a problem with the shuttle at the airport. We did not find it so we have to take a taxi.

Rather noisy. Location is not best: 10 min from main square in new town, and with taxi to Historic center. receptionist advised to do not work around the area after dark
