Very nice rooms, spotless clean. We had the Deluxe Queen, with a great view of the mountains. Good varied breakfast, very nice hotel personnel, talkative and helpful. The area is safe and very very well lit, most streets surrounding the hotel, so we had no issues going to eat late at night or get some snacks or pharmacy. Stores and restaurants in walking distance. Beds were very comfortable and the room was big.
Everything was good, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel good and welcome.

The staff was very friendly, in particular I want to thank one of the receptionists (unfortunately I don't remember her name) for informing me where I can buy the SIM card and also helping me to install it. Thank you!👏

Buffet breakfast style was good. Amazing location near the nightlife. Staff was amazing and very helpful! Hotel accommodated a PCR test in the main floor which was very convenient.
Not much to say here other than last time we got a more renovated room than this time around. Not a bus issue.

Got an upgrade to a lovely room with an amazing view on the 10th floor. Everything was clean and worked, even the TV. Good location close to Gringoland.
