I stayed here for my last day in Ecuador and it was just what I needed to relax before my travels home. It was so clean, comfy and modern. The bed was so comfortable and the hot shower was incredible. I had everything I needed. I got a delicious welcome drink that was included and snacked on some amazing empanadas from the restaurant. It was quiet and safe in the hotel. Everyone was friendly as well. This is one of the best hotels for the value I've experienced.

Honestly nothing- it was really nice!

The hostel is nice and located in safe area. There are restaurant, cafe, kitchen, activities. The bed was comfortable and room was good size. I stayed in 6 bed room. The breakfast was good and tasty. The stuff are helpful.

There was a lot of families with kids. So the atmosphere was not like usually in hostel, it reminded me some family parks with activities. And I felt cold all the time.

Basic room with comfy bed and bedding. Shared bathroom was clean and the shower good with hot water and the towels were large. Breakfast was good with a few options offered. Travel company within the hostel which we used and would recommend. There were social activities but I wouldn’t necessarily say it was a social social hostel. Room was quiet and having a lift was useful for luggage. Staff friendly on reception. Supermarket and ATMs nearby.

It’s about a 10/15 min Uber into the Old Town.

There are all the things that a good hostel should have: curtains, lockers, personal sockets, and good Wi-Fi. There's a free coworking with free coffee, zones for playing and hanging out, good kitchen. Everything is quite new and clean.

It's located in the party zone of the city. For some tourists can be better to live right in the centre.

The hostel was amazing, room was comfy and clean and showers were super hot! Loads of tours on offer and staff always really friendly and had amazing English. Fab breakfast included (which 4 different options!) Has a library, shop, pool table, coffee shop and restaurant which set it apart.

Absolutely everything! The staff at Selina in Quito are some of the best of our entire South America trip. From the moment of our check in they were helpful, kind and extremely friendly. We had some minor troubles with the standard double room we booked but the customer service from the staff was second to none. They tried immediately to fix our problems and when they realised it wasn’t going to be possible in a reasonable time frame they gave us a free upgrade to a suite!!! The facilities at Selina are really amazing. We used the cinema room to watch Netflix on the projector, played pool and were given amazing welcome cocktails from the awesome bartender. The library space was a super comfortable place to work, the coworking space very comprehensive, the wellness centre offered free yoga classes in the morning, and the kitchen was incredibly well equipped. The wifi was fast and strong! While the facilites at Selina are amazing, it really was the staff that made our stay so enjoyable. Everyone went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. I highly recommend for anyone travelling to Quito!

Everything was perfect!

The very best was the food! Excellent! And they have vegan options. There's lockers, curtains around the beds, a big mirror, spacious bathroom.. A little table with every bed and powerpoints. So basically all yoi need :) you can also refill your bottle at the reception.

It can get noisy. Didn't bother me, just saying :)

Room and bathroom were great. Very central location near a lot of nightlife and easy access to everything else. Selina facilities were also really nice overall. AC kept room at a good temperature. They allowed me to store my luggage after my stay for an additional 12+ hours before my flight for free. Staff were helpful when I had questions and were patient with me and my limited Spanish.

Breakfast was supposed to start at 7:30 but started closer to 8 since chef wasn’t there. My granola and yogurt bowl was fine but not great. The juice was very sweet which after a week of great natural sugarless juice in Ecuador caught me off guard but is probably closer to a “standard” juice flavor in the USA. Coffee was ok which considering how good it is elsewhere in Ecuador was surprising. The cookie with breakfast I bought tasted like it had been sitting there a few days. Basically the only negative was an underwhelming breakfast.

Everything was great. The staff was extremely nice and helpful with recommendations. The welcome drink was a nice touch. The included breakfast was nice and light. The common facilities we well designed and sheik.

We weren't warned that the gates were closed at night and you have to get the night staff's attention to open the door. Slightly inconvenient but other than that, no complaints.

sometimes, minimally, some of the staff were unsure how to process certain transactions. however, they managed to make it work. a non-issue for me, to be honest.
