Hotel was quiet, clean, comfortable, and modern. Rooms were spacious, with amenities. The staff was friendly and helpful. They arranged for a cab to and from the airport. I could not have asked for a better stay. Staff stored our extra luggage when we went to Galapagos for a few days. This was a great help.

The hotel is located in a quiet area with easy access to supermarket just 5 minutes walk. Also plenty of restaurants around offering different kind of cuisines. We stayed in twin room for 3 nights, spacious and clean. The sink is separated from the toilet & bathroom, which makes it more user friendly. There is a table and chair for working next to the window. Free bottled water, coffee pack and tea bags are provided in the minibar. The breakfast buffet is rich and tasty. All kind of fruits, pastries, yogurt, some hot dish like scrambled egg & rice are available. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Speedy check in and helped us to book taxi to airport. Overall an excellent stay. Highly recommend

Super hotel with professional and helpful staff. We had just arrived in Quito and we were still missing our bags because of some problems with the flight. But the hotel helped us out as much as they could. I also liked the view very much. The best thing - apart from the professional employees - is probably the wonderful neighbourhood “la floresta” where it is located. I would always come back!

I really enjoyed my stay. Breakfast was really good. Staff was very kind and very helpful. The hotel was very clean and it was everything that I was expecting. Car was very easily accessible and valet was excellent. Rooms were really clean and very spacious. I will return next year!

The hotel did not have a pool.

They gave me a complimentary late check out of 3pm. I really liked that. But also the hotel was clean, in a good neighborhood and good facilities.

Well the air conditioner wasn’t heating properly and I was freezing. But I called the reception and they sent me a portable heater that solved the problem.

Great hotel with lots of restaurants around in the neighbouring streets. Staff will do anything to help. Tour guides/taxi rides arranged at the front desk at short notice. Good breakfast. Water replenished daily which is great. Normal taxis available on the street corner, and they are really cheap. We had booked a hotel in the Historic Centre and stayed one night and then moved to this hotel. Historic Centre is so noisy fro 0430 every morning. Better to stay here and just visit the Historic centre.

The price of room is not low compared with the room and the hotel brand. I think they should consider provide free breakfast. When I was told the breakfast is not included, I was a little shaked.

The staff are very helpful and professional. The neighbourhood is safe and has a good range of bars, restaurants and shops

The fittings on the bathroom need to be updated. Sometimes we could not get a hot shower and the plug in the washbasin didn’t work properly

Very good hotel with good soundproofing and warm comfortable rooms, which seems to be a rare case in Quito. Excellent breakfast. Helpful staff.

The arranging of breakfast is quite strange: the counter with pastries is free accessible, and the counter with everything else (fruits, cheeses, yogurts, granola) is fenced, the food is served by the waiter on demand. This is very inconvenient, and we have not seen this before or after this hotel during a 2.5 week trip to Ecuador.

Great location, safe to walk around at night with many restaurants around but hotel has very good food too. Easy to get around with Uber or taxi, professional staff always eager to help
