the staff at the restaurant Khaled and Habiba...always gave us a smile, cordial and accomodating.

we order a transport to the pyramid of giza for 3 hours for 4 persons at 8:15am and the staff at the front desk are charging us $50. so we told them on Oct. 20 we also order a transport to downtown cairo (Khan el-Khalili bazaar) from 3:30pm to 9:30pm for 2 cars for total of $25. then the staff told me another price of $25. and I decline. I ended up using uber and paid EGP 52.01 and tip the driver EGP50. to the pyramid and back to the hotel paid EGP124.36 and tip the driver EGP100. did it cost me $50. or $25.? "NO" it cost me $5.99 for both ways with total tips of $4.85.

The breakfast was lovely. Khalid was super accommodating All the staff were super nice and friendly- couldn't do enough for you (apart from tour sales lady) Rooms were spacious Shower was great Pool was clean

The tour operator ripped us off We were sold a pyramid tour bus and guide at the hotel- but the 'guide' just dropped us off at the pyramids, didn't act as a tour guide whatsover and took loads of commission from the camel and horse riders at our expense He charged us 2000Egp per horse ride and 1000EGP for the camels. At the end we found out you could get a camel for 300egp We complained about him at the hotel but to no avail. The rooms on the pyramid side are very noisy due to traffic The rooms overlooking the garden are much quieter No iron in the room

My recent stay at this hotel was mixed. While the hotel was new, clean, and had a great location, the price was high compared to other options in the area. Furthermore, the reception staff was pushy and uncomfortable, offering services at double the price and insisting on their "help." I also experienced difficulty sleeping in the pyramid's view rooms due to the high level of street noise outside. Although visually stunning, the noise pollution was a significant drawback. I hope the hotel management can address these issues to provide a more comfortable experience for guests in the future.

The staff were amazing, very happy and accommodating.

The hotel was a nice budget hotel, so the place was okay but my shower didn’t drain well, some of the tiles cracked, some of the plates in the restaurant weren’t the cleanest.

I enjoyed my stay, the food was great, they have a very generous selection for breakfast, I had a great massage, the staff was friendly, the wifi was good. This is my third time staying at the Pyramids Front, and they haven’t disappointed yet. The room was clean, the garden view from my room was nice, the a/c was cold, there are a lot of restaurants to walk to nearby, the view of the Pyramids from the rooftop restaurant was excellent. It was an enjoyable stay.

Fresh and New Hotel. The room is amazing. The pool is very nice and the view is spectacular. the bed and pillows are amazing. It is close to a Carrefour (Buy water there) and a local restaurant. The staff is always there to help. Once you need, they will solve the issue for you. They have an A la carte dinner.

They are still learning how to run perfectly. The restaurant is very hot due to the glass roof. there was no hairdryer in the room. you have to ask to clean the room. Breakfast can be much better. They charged me a Water during the breakfast (this is too much for me. there was only nonfresh juice). They could have fresh juices, like the known Egyptian mango juice. They will try to sell their Tours. This can be annoying. I would suggest that they could have a Tour Flyer in the room, so anyone could ask for more information. The tours must be in a fair price.

The hotel and room really felt brand new, room was very spacious, modern and surprisingly cool (we didn't use the ac in the middle of May) Very hard mattress on the bed and memory foam curved pillows. Personnel was very friendly.

The window is not noise insulated, so even when closed all the loudness of the traffic outside comes in. Breakfast options a bit limitated, more based on vegetables.

Everyone in this hotel makes sure you have a great time in their property. They make you feel home. The rooms are very nice, pool, view and everything else is very good.

Restourant prices and activities, but this is something normal in Egypt. Everyone is trying to overcharge the tourists twice or three times the real price. (The hotel makes a good tour price for us, but during the tour, you are given extra costs that are not fair. Higher extra cost than it should be) Also I want to mention that it is very safe to go yourself in Cairo, it's not true that you can't go alone.

I loved everything about it! The view of the pool (pool is clean and refreshing), the beautiful style of the entire hotel, the really good breakfast, the beautiful room and comfortable bed and most of all the hotelstaff! They were so kind, helpful, mindful, respectful and overall just really beautiful souls! I also booked my daytrips to the Pyramids, Nilecruise-dinner and transfers via the hotel and the guides and drivers were just the best! I enjoyed every moment there and can highly recommend this beautiful hotel with this beautiful view!

I just missed eggs - like scrambled, omelette or so for breakfast. But maybe they served it on order and I didn't notice 😄 anyways it is nothing serious to complain about - all was great!

For a 3 night stay it was great, front view of the pyramids, helpful staff and really not pushy on the tours etc they may offer, as some reviewers may suggest, we had our own already planned. Rooms were comfy, bathroom have a curtain that you can pull down for privacy. a/c worked very good. Its in the middle of Giza so if you want luxury and quietness- some level of -then you CANT stay in GIZA. We traded typical comfort for a chance to wake up, have breakfast and have a view of the pyramids view. Awesome view of the pyramids.

. The restaurant breakfast area could be more varied, and some of the food like fruit, tasted stale. Having said that there is a lot of noise from the street , light sleepers be aware. After night would be dangerous to walk outside- as a tourist. But easy location to get UBERS, I would recommend UBERS in Giza/Cairo. Highly recommend
