We had the most unforgettable stay at Casa Cook, El Gouna. As a couple, we were beyond satisfied with the experience from start to finish. The entire team went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for. Their attention to detail, warm hospitality, and genuine kindness made our stay truly special. A special thank you to Zidane for his exceptional service, to our lovely chef Fatima, who never missed making our signature cracka omelette each morning and to Safwat, our driver, thank you for transporting us so comfortably and for being so easy to communicate with throughout our stay. It is well designed and the location with the pool and beach view is quite relaxing. More importantly is how the stuff is welcoming and engaging, they make the whole experience really smooth. Big shout out to Chief M Omar for his food, service and the very welcoming and caring attitude and similarly to Mr Jameel and finally to Mrs Randa for the exceptional shopping experience!

We stayed here for 7 nights to escape the Belgian winter and soak up some sun! El Gouna offers plenty of activities (golf, tennis, padel, karting, snorkling) but the large pool at the hotel is so inviting we basically chilled there every day with the occasional kitesurfing and volleybal session - there's a volleybal court and Duotone kite center on site. The staff is super nice, fun and engaging - we knew them by name after two days. There's magazines, chess, checkers and backgammon boards at the pool and a guy handing out shishas. The crowd is quite young, mostly 30/35 year old couples. The food is the best we've had in Egypt. The spa is also great, has its own pool, sauna and steam room. Highly recommend, will be back!

Honestly can't think of many negative points... The Duotone center is expensive they charge 150 euro for one day of rental but it goes down as you book more days. Great service though, they pump your kite, set the lines and help launching. The hotel was built in 2019 so some aspects of the interior might use a little repainting or renovation but don't think most people would notice.

Just loved it here. Going back with some girlfriends! Loved the vibe - Sam the DJ by the pool (loved his music) - the food was amazing, especially the bediun night and love their intention to become net zero - the masseurs were excellent - the facilities are fab - love how they got people to play volleyball on beach one day - love that it's so relaxing and friendly but equally calm - all so good. Overheard conversation by owner of El Gouna one day, who was sitting near to me, and was impressed at his apparent commitment to protecting the local environment.

Just a couple of few things which were minor - hairdryer in rooms are impossible (heavy, on a short cord and you have to press button down continuously - clearly not designed by a woman!) - occasionally some things were forgotten when our room was cleaned - and they could really do with a woman on reception to complement the male receptionists, who were great but perhaps not over welcoming or could speak great english.

I had an amazing stay at Casa Cook El Gouna! The service was excellent from start to finish – professional, friendly, and always attentive. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, stylish yet relaxed. A special thanks to Zidan, the Event Ambassador, who went above and beyond to make my experience unforgettable. Every things was perfect but thier wa weeding on the resort the music was too loud we couldn’t sleep and when i ask them to confiscate they refuse, at least they should give discount for next time booking but they refuse

The place is beautifully designed . Breakfast was amazing . We stayed in the suite with private pool the room was very nice . Overall the staff was very polite and helpful . Hanna at the reception a young and promising professional she was super helpful , very pleasant and very professional.

The price is insane expensive , value for money it’s not what you will expect for a 500 Euro per night . They overcharge for everything even a water at the pool was crazy expensive . The hotel is far out which is nice but you have to count on the not so convenient transport , lousy and super expensive . The hotel charges you for anything and everything I would have expected a bit more luxury treatment and services for the price we paid

Casa Cook Gouna is our favorite getaway always and I have to say it was an exceptional experience. The service was outstanding, with every staff member going above and beyond to ensure our comfort starting from the welcoming staff at the entrance to the reception ( Both Mohammeds , Mustafa,Ahmad, Mina by pool i can remember the name of every one but each and every team member).
