it is a nice small hotel right in the middle of Gouna downtown and very close to all amenities. The food is nice and the rooms are comfortable. The pool is small but nice. The beach is small but u get a regular boat ride to the bigger beach which is less than 5 mins away.

The lagoon beach is so small and the water isn't that good but still u can swim in it, if u want to have a nice beach time u got to take the boat to Zaytona Beach.

Need more varieties for vegans, especially the snacks. The room we had at first was close to a beach club and it was too noisy. We had a baby, so, it wasn’t thoughtful of them to accommodate us in such a room.

We really liked the place! It is located in the center, close to the downtown with many restaurants, grocery and pharmacy. Also it has nice vibe and the whole exterior and interior made us feel like we are somewhere in Morocco or Turkey. It’s small, cozy and beautiful. Has own access to lagoon, especially I liked beach from the restaurant side. Breakfast was very good for 4 stars hotel. We recommend massage at the spa next door and Villa Coconut restaurant near by :) This hotel worth this price and good for 4 stars.

Everything!!! Location, food, hotel itself. This hotel left only nice impression starting from the check in experience and finishing by check out (my friend got sick and they were kind to extend our check out till 15:00 for free). All were great!!!!

We reached the hotel after lunch and we decided to the pool to order some snacks and still 10min to close I heard the chefs talking to hanaa no more order close and still time really it was very bad impression from first day because my daughter hangry , we checked in very bad room although i paid for lagoon room and after i make complain they changed in second day . Its big problem that no privacy on the balconies i can see and set and talk and jump with neighbors other room at least management put insulator between balconies for privacy and relaxing, They care too much about foreigners like rooms views ,

we booked 2 nights because our usual hotel was fully booked. we had a very nice view on the laguna. the staff is very friendly and the breakfast is super with fresh fruit, a station for eggs and waffles and pancakes, yoghurt, etc. the setting at the laguna is very nice. friday evening is the night out in el gouna and we heard music from a restaurant nearby untill 1h30. rooms were equiped with all we need and the beds are very comfortable. we are used to the marina and this side of el gouna is more downtown and all-in public. we had a very nice stay ! sultan bey is highly recommended !

An unprecedented experience! Spectacular by all means! The view was God's Heaven on earth. The staff are so friendly & helpful. You just for something & they go the extra mile to do it for you in a glimpse of an eye. I would like to thank Martina in the reception - so sweet, helpful & friendly. Mr. Hanna at the beach bar is always wearing a smile on his face, serving people with a very pleasant attitude. Last, but not least, Mr. Gaber - the distinguished Chef who is always ready with fresh food that has an exquisite taste. An exceptional team who know how to make your trip memorable & unique!

Not a good connection to daily excursions. no vale for the money we paid 10,000 LE for a a tiny boat with two boys to take us fishing and snorkeling we would not do this again with this boat of the hotel shore. the boys were great. we ended up going to Hurghada with a much better bigger, newer boat and ten times better experience for 6000 LE and they served us drinks. It was VIP treatment

the view of the room is very beautiful staff friendly and the food is so good

the pillows were very old and uncomfortable and when I call for pillows the reception told me theirs no other pillows so we slept uncomfortable it’s very important that hotel take care of bed and pillows quality because feel comfortable in sleeping is very important issue

The staff are very helpful and welcoming and seeking guest convenience and comfort as much as they can. Rooms are spacious.. Which is lovely. Terrace lagoon view is wonderfully.

Food quality.. It wasn't as tasty as it should be.. Pizza was too salty but they removed it from my check which was amazing gesture and steak colour was very dark like it wasn't fresh enough. But they tried to give me the best treatment. Which I truly appreciate. Also hotel is a bit old. Needs new face-lift to the rooms. Stairs. Stairs are too high specially for luggage and aged groups.

Everything was amazing i liked the hotel very much: the breakfast, the location and the cleanliness. The staff was amazing and very helpful starting from the receptionists Andrew and Ahmed they helped us with many things especially when we needed a transportation to the bus station, also the housekeeping in the morning shift and Mohamed at night shift were very helpful and responsive. Also the security at the gate Ibrahim from Aswan was always welcoming and of course Omar the entertainer. Everything was Amazing
