The staff is really super friendly and attentive! The location on the beach and lagoon is superb. Staff also busy with special events such as breakfast by the sea, beach party, cocktails on the beach. The breakfast lunch and meals were good. The kitchen staff also very friendly. There is also a very lovely beachrestaurant. The resort is large enough to make your own choices and the nice thing about El Gouna is that you can get to the harbor or downtown in no time with tuktuks. The people on the beach for boat rental or wellness are very friendly and not pushy. It is actually useful to arrange things with them this way. The animation team professional. Oud son hurt himself and fractured his leg. It is a really great service that the hotel had a doctor/medical service present. The possibility of the dine around program (that you can also dine in other hotels a few times if you are an all-inclusive guest) was one of the reasons for us to go to El Gouna again for the third time. Paradisio was now the best hotel for us.

Romario, the Front Desk Agent at Club Paradiso, succeeded in convincing us to extend our stay from one night to four, thanks to his outstanding professionalism during check-in, his warm welcome, and the way he introduced the hotel and its facilities as if we were part of his own family. Just hours after our arrival, we decided to stay three more nights. We truly appreciated the competitive rate he offered for the extension, along with a room upgrade that made our stay even more enjoyable. My wife and daughter were delighted with the experience, and had our travel schedule allowed, we would have gladly extended our stay further. The entire hotel team was exceptional—always smiling, helpful, and proactive in offering assistance. Whether at the reception, by the pool, or on the beach, the service was consistently warm and attentive. The food was another highlight, with exceptional variety and quality at every meal—special thanks to Chef Mohamed and his team, as well as the entire F&B staff, for their outstanding hospitality and seamless service. We’ll definitely be back again—and again. It's no surprise that some guests have returned to this hotel over 30 times!

The food is amazing and a lot of variety for adults and kids The rooms is always clear and the stuff is very respectful. The hotel's infrastructure and “all you can eat” offerings are exceptional and provide great value for money. The staff is courteous and friendly.

I visited with my son, anticipating more families, but found that the guests were predominantly German couples in their seventies. The beach and kite spot lacked activity, which reduced its appeal. We had initially planned to take kite lessons at the hotel; however, due to renovations and the absence of other participants, we opted to go to KBC for kiting. Despite these circumstances, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Paradisio and intend to return in the future.

This is a pleasant hotel, with direct access to the sea and all the expected facilities. It seems to be used mainly by groups of aging Germans making the most of the all inclusive rates. The quality of the food was unexpectedly excellent. Even thoiugh we wre not on an all-includive package, we ate lunch and dinner there a number of times for a reasonable price.

All the facilties were a little tired, but quite adequate. The location is a long way from downtown.

Overall, our stay at club Paradisio El Gouna was fantastic! The location was perfect for exploring the Down Town and Marina, and the staff as well as the management were incredibly welcoming and helpful. From the receptionist to the cleaner, they were all very polite and always willing to help. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a great view. We especially enjoyed the delicious buffet each day. The foods were fresh and every day there was something new. The chef, Mr Sherif Mohammad, and his staff will always welcome you with a huge smile and always helpful. On the buffet, they also had a healthy corner, which was thoughtful. The beach at this hotel is incredibly beautiful with amazing blue colour. If you like kite surfing like me, then this is again a good spot for surfing. I will definitely recommend this hotel to couples for a relaxing getaway as well as for families with children as they had entertainment and facilities for all age groups. Everything was perfect and exceeded our expectations. The food quality and variety was excellent, The staff were very professional and welcoming throughout all the stay. The bellman Omar was extremely nice and polite The receptionists Blanche and Romany were really nice and made sure everything was okay. All the chefs and waiters at the restaurant were polite, welcoming ,smiling and well focused. Definitely will visit this hotel again.
