Besides the great value for money, excellent location (almost everything is 5 mins away), and free beach access to Marina Beach, the staff is so decent and helpful. Especially Mr Muhammad, he drove us to the breakfast resturant everyday and greeted us everyday with a cheerful smile. He made us feel very very welcomed. We loved his awesome and hospitable attitude. The breakfast resturant (Tandoor) staff is great as well. They're really hardworking people who truely understand what customer service is about. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

I liked the room very much, it had a view over the pool and the size was great.

I think the breakfast need to have more options in the hotel itself, I had water activities early in the day and I couldn't get any omlett or cheese through my stay. Also the air condition sound was too high, I had to close it and open it during the night to get some sleep. Other than that everything was perfect.

Wonderful stay at Mosaique Hotel! The location is perfect, close to downtown and the marina. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, cozy, and well-maintained. Definitely recommend it for a relaxing and enjoyable El Gouna getaway!

The hotel is about a 7-minute walk from the beach. no variety in breakfast but we went to ali basha restaurant and was delicious .

El Gouna is a heaven on earth. Good for sports, kiteboarding, relaxation. Very good food and pleasant pleople. We are planing to come back again and again. Thanks El Gouna and Mosaique for very nice breakfast in steakhouse for tidy and comfortable rooms. Out team (4 people) saying big THANKS for each of you.

Location is really nice, far from noise but not too far from beach & restaurants. Staff are friendly & keen to make sure you are comfortable. Breakfast had options either continental in hotel or oriental in Ali Pasha, both were delicious.

Pool size is good but shallow. Room AC is a little loud.

Very clean, nice staff, has nearby the merbey restaurant - Italian restaurant was so delicious! I loved my stay and definitely will come back again!

The hotel breakfast varieties - limited- however the have another option for breakfast in the marina (10-15 min walk)

Fantastic staff was so kind and helpful. A special thanks to Reception staff who always kind and helpful. But all the staff were great and worked so well as a team. Friendly atmosphere every time when entered or left the hotel. The cleaning staff kept the rooms spotless. The beds were super comfy. Thank you for an amazing stay

The hotel is at an excellent location, close to the city center and the beach. The staff is extremely friendly, the rooms are clean, nice pool, good breakfast. There are also kitesurfing locations nearby. I recommend, hotel exceeded my expectations.

Scarse breakfast,although they can take you to a neighbor hotel where you can have a much more enjoyable a la Cart breakfast.
