I like everything about Canary Hotel! The staff is amazing, so kind and hospitable. My room was perfect. The bed was comfortable. It had A.C. Strong hot shower and clean bathroom. Mini fridge, table with chair and mirror. They gave me a quiet room with a view! I liked the location. Very authentic area with many locals. The beach is very close and within walking distance. Nearby, you will find fresh fruit markets, local food, and vendors selling fresh bread. It is easy to take an Uber to the Marina, Sheraton Street, etc. The staff helped me book a half-day trip to Orange Bay. (Don't skip this!) Also, the hotel is close to the Go Bus station. Breakfast is very good! The nice staff provided me with cold bottle water when I returned to hotel. I feel very comfortable at this hotel and I hope to return someday.

The Hotel is in the city center, very easy reachable from the airport by taxi with around 70 egyptian pounds (1.50€ circa). If you want to discover the real egypt, surrounded by local restaurants, street foods and bazars, away from touristic traps, and be in touch with the local people, there's not a better place to stay but here. The reception is 24/24 opened, the employees are very friendly and there is always someone able to speak english and helping you with whatever you need. There is also the chance to plan some safari, scuba diving and much more directly in the reception for an egyptian price (I paid my safari 15€ and it was all worth the price). If you need to exchange money, it's also a service provided by the reception fully free of commissions. Talking about the room, it was cozy and clean. According to the price, there was really nothing I could complain about it. The breakfast was also ok (2 breads with jam or cheese, a cup of white yogurt, a boiled egg, a glass of orange juice and you could also choose between coffee or tea, or even both). It even overcame my expectations. If I'll come to visit Hurghada once again, i'll definitely come here.

It is very good hotel, when somebody is looking for clean private room with bathroom, without swimming pool and beach. It has good location, nearby Go Bus station. Hotel is clean, my bed was very comfortable. Breakfast, which is included into price, was quite big and tasty. And you got bottle of water for free. Also I could stay in my room until 3 pm without additional fee. Hotel arranged taxi for airport for me for good price 200 LE.

Really nothing

I spent 10 days in Egypt, I tried 5 different affordable cheap hotels. This one which exceed my expectations. One thing they give me free water everyday. No one done that to me. Every single hotels charges 10-15 Epond for small 20-30 for big bottle comparing to that this one is way better. Only one day experience is the WiFi is horrible. Most times it's goes down.

Wifi

I was there 2 nights in 2 different occasions. First when I landed to Hurghada and 2nd when I was coming back to my country. Amazing hospitality by this man. Quiet place and really helpful. They helped to hire taxi to go airport, which was actual price. While going by yourself anywhere is high expensive and risky to be scammed. so quite good. Gobus station was nearby. So overall very good.

We stayed at this hotel and were warmly welcomed from the very first moment we arrived. The staff were incredibly helpful with everything we needed. We truly enjoyed our stay, had delicious meals, and were treated to various offerings. We left with the intention of coming back again someday!

I like its location which is downtown and not far from the City Center Mall. The small single room with a small private bathroom is a great deal for 11 USD. Moreover, there were also free bottle of water and breakfast. It was quiet at night. I stayed there for two nights. I enjoyed my time there.

there are not a lot of restaurants down the street.

I could use late check in, The price was nice, I could use credit card and wallet point. (Normally in the cheap price hotel, we have to pay by cash.) If you use late check in, It's better to use airport shuttle. If you buy SIM card at airport, It takes one hour to activate.

Good location, very helpful staff and owner, comfort beds. The owner Mr. Adil is so cool and helpful man and trying to do his best with his slow words and giving reasonable prices for desert safari and red sea diving. In Egypt, many people are trying to cheat you in many ways and you can trust Mr. Adil. I want to ask Mr. Adil to make suggestions for shopping stores, rent car agents and places to eat with reasonable prices. Almost all the trade owners cheated us, so we need more suggestions for fair places from Mr. Adil.

breakfast is weak. It would be good to add some vegetables and fruits. The rooms can be more clean and clear.

I loved the staff, they were quite friendly and helpful so felt like I was welcomed from the first moment on. Location is right in the middle of the old town, it may get noisy but the street is so lively. They had fridge in the room which was amazing so I always had cold water available.
