The facilities are very good but the staff are excellent. Always greeted with. A smile.everyine is very helpful and kind. Amazing experience overall

The beach area unfortunately

The location is amazing and the staff are very friendly. The room was clean and spacious. There are alot of good amenities and beaches. Egypt is a muslim majority country, but I like that the staff is welcoming to people all over the world and can speak in English. They even serve alcohol which other Muslim majority country hotels may not do. Also, there were concerts every night which was nice. The only thing I would change is that the breakfast menu could get some new items every few days and that dinner should have drink charges for water or tea.

Drink charges for dinner even though we paid for dinner. The shuttle is missing the terminal for flynas, so it was a little stressful getting to the airport.

The Miramar restaurant was incredible quality, selection and service. We just couldn’t go anywhere else. Staff made the experience what it was. So friendly, attentive and kind. It’s so wonderful when people care about what they do in the service industry. Thanks to Maria at reception, Dalia and Nourhan in the restaurant and Adel by the pool, everyone else as well, as there are too many to name. Comfort, style and service! What else could one need from a 5 star hotel! We literally felt no need to leave this hotel and go anywhere else.

I think the hotel is ideally located near the Marina but it’s further away from the beautiful beaches. I didn’t have beach shoes and so the stoney shores made it challenging to enjoy the sea. I think the hotel needs more oriental shows, and a tighter MC of the entertainment program- it would elevate the whole experience. Probably the only area that seemed a bit careless.

The beach and beach front was really nice. The staff was very friendly. The buffet included a good variety of food.

For a 5 star hotel, one would expect certain amenities to be included in the room such as mini bar and toiletry kits, which weren’t until we asked for it specifically. Also, though the staff is very friendly, they lack a certain level of professionalism and experience to handle certain situations. Additionally, cleaning team seems to be understaffed.

The hotel is recently renovated so the entire resort facilities are in very good condition. The landscapes are magnificent (many islands connected by bridges). The beach was quite nice with a nice playground. The activities on the pool kept my son entertained (thanks to Ibrahim, and the DJ man). Free parking is nice too.

1. No elevator\lift. So with a 3 months old daughter, we have to carry her and all her stuff and leave the pram downstairs. Other option to take a ground floor room but we enjoyed the view upstairs. 2. No proper coffee machine on the breakfast buffet. So you have to ask the waiters for coffee and you will be served with, in my opinion, low quality coffee. I believe those two things are no brainers for a 5 star resort. Those are the only things that stopped me from giving this resort 10/10.

What really made a difference was the responsiveness and the attention of all the staff, they are amazing

When I regrettably booked a beachfront room and sacrificed the full board lagoon view for the beachfront bed and breakfast... I was extremely disappointed that palm trees blocked the view... I couldn't enjoy a good view which I paid a lot of money for... An word of advise is to check the photos of the hotel elsewhere other than booking before making the decision ... And don't book beachfront rooms... They are not worth it and almost anywhere you would want to go is a 5 to 7 min walk

staff were perfect. Highly qualified and very friendly. Literally everyone from reception, to room services to towel centers to restaurant chefs and waiters.....simply perfect. Food is really delicious (we had all inclusive option and really worth it). Perfectly heated pool. Amazing beach.

As much as the room was great from the perspective of size, style, cleanliness, amenities. However, my room has an issue with the A/C ... I'm not sure , but it wasn't as cool as i prefer. The hotel does not have an animation team, which is annoying if you want to stay within the hotel premises only.

I like the lagoons and beaches and the trees all over the hotel, the place is charming and suitable for families and couples. In real life, it looks way better than photos, and we enjoyed our time 🌞

The events are a bit boring. The performers are good, but the effort in engaging people with the performers and entertaining them is poor.

beautiful landscapes and design, spacious comfy rooms and very nice lagoon view, nice breakfast ,snacks and lunch. Heated pool❤️wonderful beach ❤️golf cars to take you around the resort as its really huge . Mr karim from the italian restaurant was such a gracious host and served such great cocktails❤️ I really had a wonderful vacation , would definitely visit again ❤️

balconies are so close to each other which was very uncomfortable, no animation team which is very odd for such a nice hotel, dinner wasn’t the best,night shows weren’t very entertaining.

Amazing performance from all the staff specially Amany from Guest relations and the FOM also Shereen and Martina from the kids club they are very nice . And all the F&B staff, Food was amazing also professional Executive Chef 😉.
