Amazing welcome from Hamdy in reception after meeting him all over stay became like dream very unique experience and welcome feeling definitely will return to this hotel ! Very good location and very friendly people who works there !

First of all - there were 5 of us, and I booked a family room for 4 (there were no option for 5) and contacted management about our 5th member - the baby. The baby was welcomed without hestitation. Then, we arrived about 10AM and were not forced to wait till 3PM - the room was ready and provided immediately, they also suggested a choice of ground floor (cause we were with 2 strollers) vs 2nd floor (cause a magnificent view). Needless to say my wife voted for the view. The food - well, comparing with other 5* in Hurgada we stayed in after Panorama - Panorama should have been rated 6*. The beach... small beach area in the hotel, small but nice. They do a boat transfer hourly to their main beach on Zeytouna island, there you can find a looong pier where you can swim in the sea, alternatively you can swim inside the reef. And - listen to me! - the last boat somehow got home about 4PM (it was march) but sunset is about 6PM. So if you stay - there will be just few of your kind there on the almost empty beach with a peaceful 1001 night lights around ))) Then you can get back to the hotel by walk - just 15 minutes via bridges. Also the same 15 minutes but in other direction will get you to El Gouna downtown - very calm place, not much crowded in march but live at nights - with a lot of restaraunts there, Being child-free we would vote for B&B and dined there, but being with 3 kids we stuck with all-inclisive (not bad at all - see above))). Also, there is a farmacy and a supermarket and a toy shop where you can pay by card and Orange shop to buy a sim if you need it (alas, only cash there). And - oh! - when you ask for water they give it to you in bottles! Not in small plastic caps, gosh ))) 6* definitely. But bear in mind - it's for peaceful rest, no loud discos through the nights. One may say it's a place for couples but we were welcomed there and felt their warmth all the way.

Well, the only rather funny thing is they don't have normal (plastic) baby chairs. They have a strange wooden device where the plate resides a way higher then your own table. I wouldn't want to sit there myself ))

I recently stayed at the El Gouna bungalows, and I can confidently say it was a perfect experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly polite and attentive, always ensuring we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Their hospitality truly enhanced our stay. One of the highlights of El Gouna is its vibrant downtown and stunning marinas. Downtown is full of charming shops, great restaurants, and a lively yet relaxed vibe. The marinas are simply breathtaking, offering beautiful views, upscale dining, and a fantastic place to stroll in the evening. Overall, everything was perfect, and I would highly recommend staying at the El Gouna bungalows for anyone looking for a serene yet lively vacation spot. Can’t wait to return!

Great location near downtown with easy transportation to Zeytouna Beach. Rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff keeps the pool and beach areas very well maintained.

I booked a ground floor room through Booking, but I was given a different room at first. However, the reception team solved the issue immediately. The curtains let in too much light in the morning — blackout curtains would be much better. The restaurant has a variety of options, but the food is average. The Wi-Fi is very poor. Also, the hotel does not provide clear information about activity schedules at check-in.

A little bit expensive

The staff are beyond exceptional, they are amazing. The made our stay just awesome. We booked a bungalow with pool view and it was spacious and had access to the pool anytime we wanted. I travel so much but this was probably the best resort I have ever been in. Mr. Hamdy and the reception team were very helpful and kind. Abdo from the food service team was great and on top of it. The food was very delicious with so many options to choose from. Overall I’m very delightful with our stay and definitely will be coming back

Nothing everything went great

I have been to El Gouna many many times, mostly in Movenpick hotel or in Sheraton. I wanted to try some different hotel and I must say I was very positively surprised. Staff was very nice, room was better/more modern than in Sheraton (Sheraton is a 5star hotel), swiming pool was just fine, very easy to go to Zeytouna island - beach (only 3 minutes ride by boat). Also, very nice bar and all inclusive program was also satisfying. I must honestly say, that food is bit better in Movenpick/Sheraton (once again both 5stars hotel), but it was really good here as well. Different choice of buffet every day and I am sure everyone could find what they like. All in all I was bit afraid it would be way worse than Movenpick/Sheraton but hotel itself was actually very good and so were the facilities/service/people and food. I can definetely reccomend Panorama Bungalows and will probably stay there next time again

one night there was a bit of noise coming from El Gouna Downtown but this is not really a hotel problem

The hotel greeted us well, they immediately put a bracelet on us and we could have drinks in the lobby. We were given a room in 30 minutes. They upgraded our room from standard to family with access to the pool for free. The room was clean, stylish, everything worked. There was a mini bar with drinks. In the evening, we had a great time sitting by the pool under the moon ❤️ The area is small, beautiful, surrounded by flowers and greenery. Stylish cafes in European style, the hotel looks interesting. The pool was no longer heated on 9.04. The staff is responsive, but it is clear that they pay more attention to the Germans. Even in the restaurant, they brought them food, drinks, moved furniture, while they might not even come up to us during the evening to ask what we would like to drink. We need to work on this, it should not be like this. The food is very tasty, I have visited many hotels in Egypt and I liked this one the most. Thanks to the chefs. The view from the restaurant is gorgeous on the canals, where boats sail during the day. There is no animation in the hotel. At sea they take you by boat to the island, which is a special pleasure to sail along the channel, it takes 5 minutes. You can swim from the shore or watch the fish from the pier, its length is 400 m. There is a stylish cafe on the beach with food and drinks. In general, we liked the hotel, cozy, beautiful, delicious food, a chic location in the very center of El Gouna. We booked another visit for my birthday in June.

Even though I’ve stayed in high-class hotels before, I have never experienced such genuine kindness, unobtrusive attention, and care for guests anywhere else. From the very first moment, I felt right at home here. I would like to give special thanks to Abd Allah at the reception desk for his incredible politeness, attentiveness, and professionalism. He was always ready to assist and made every effort to ensure my stay was as comfortable as possible. The food at this hotel is absolutely amazing! Every day brought something new to the table: chicken, quail, beef, and even red fish for breakfast! The variety and quality of dishes left me thoroughly impressed. It’s clear that the kitchen staff are true professionals who put their heart and soul into their work. The restaurant service is beyond excellent. The staff work seamlessly, efficiently, and always with a smile. It’s evident that they genuinely strive to create the best experience for every guest. The rooms are spacious, cozy, and impeccably clean. Housekeeping was done daily, and everything was always spotless. The thoughtful design of the rooms creates an atmosphere of comfort and relaxation. The value for money at this hotel is absolutely outstanding. For a very reasonable price, you get a level of service that could easily rival premium hotels. A big thank you to the entire Panorama Bungalows team for the warm welcome and exceptional care. Unfortunately, during my stay, construction work started on a neighboring building. It was almost impossible to sleep in the morning due to the noise. This slightly affected the overall impression of the stay, especially considering that everything else was excellent.
