We liked the hotel location, the size of the room, the beds, the staff and the breakfast offer. While both times we went to breakfast it was crowded (we tried different hours), the staff did their very best to accommodate everyone and keep the breakfast buffet stocked by refilling items as they were emptied.

While the design of one of the rooms looked very nice by having a glass bathroom, using the bathroom when not travelling alone is not very practical: lights turned on in the bathroom during the night will definitely wake up the other person sleeping as one of the bed sides faces a glass wall; using the sink (which is outside the bathroom) will definitely create some unnecessary noise for the other person.

We stayed in a deluxe room - incredibly spacious and comfortable, with the bonus of two bathrooms. The hotel has a luxury feel throughout. Breakfast was excellent, and the staff even made eggs to order (sunny side up!), which was a lovely touch.

The room got a bit warm during the day (as temperatures in the area rise), but opening the windows helped. The shower also leaked slightly, which may need attention. More importantly, after booking, I received several phishing messages via WhatsApp that included my name, phone number, hotel name, and incorrect stay dates, claiming there was a problem with the payment and asking me to pay in advance. While this is clearly unrelated to the service during the stay, I strongly recommend that hotel management investigate how guest information might be reaching scammers.

The hotel is really central, a great spot for exploring the city and the country. I was worried a bit around the parking situation reading other comments but we were with a small SUV and had a designated spot on level -4 and really isn't an issue. Sure the parking requires a bit of focus but it's really convenient to be able to just go from the room to the car with an elevator. Overall I highly recommend it, especially the family room was great with a dedicated room for kids with bunk beds in it.

The location is fantastic - near the main city walkway where you can easily find lots of shops and restaurants. Upon check-in, we were upgraded to a large family room that was fantastic. The bed is comfortable. The A/C works well. The showers have hot water with plenty of pressure. The WiFi works well. And the price is excellent as long as you avoid the busy seasons (in August and around the winter holidays).

Parking is expensive with tight places, but that is normal given the location. On a weekday outside the busy season, there is no issue finding a parking spot.

Great place, it is exactly how it looks in the photos! I was here with my wife and 3 kids, everything was spotless clean, spacious, and comfortable. The staff was always super responsive and helpful. We forgot to book a crib but the staff promptly arranged one for us. Very easy to reach in the very center of Andorra la Vella, good size elevators (for the stroller and luggage). Walkable with lots of things to do and see nearby. I absolutely recommend it.

Not enough parking spaces on site unfortunately, but the staff was helpful and kind enough to advice where to park otherwise.

The Family room was BIG, clean and modern, the breakfast was always fresh with a good variety of options. The Location is excellent - few minutes walk from everything. and the staff was very helpful.

The only thing i didn't like was the Parking - I got a space on -2 and it was a nightmare. - but at least it had a parking :), the first night the radiators didn't work and it was quite cold - but it was quickly fixed the next day

My recent two-night stay at the Exe Prisma Hotel in Andorra la Vella, from June 25th to 27th, was absolutely wonderful! From the moment I arrived, I was incredibly impressed, and the hotel truly exceeded my expectations for a summer getaway in Andorra.

The restaurant was a flat fee buffet at 14 euros per person. We quite frequently wanted a small pastry and a coffee, so we went elsewhere.

Hotel is in a great location, the staff were friendly and professional and the room was clean. The room we had was huge, the bed was nice, the bedroom in general was very nicely laid out and the storage space was good. Place was great value for money.

We couldn't get Netflix or any streaming service to work on the TV. The bathroom was reasonable, but not as nicely done out as the bedroom.

The staff at the hotel were extremely Friendly and helpful. The location is right in the middle of shopping and restaurants

Parking is a little difficult,if you dont get a place at the hotel parking . I was able to book my parking but not my friends could not and parking in the city is a challenge. I would recommend booking hotel parking in advance

I stayed with a group of seven in a suite of three rooms and two bathrooms. The rooms were spacious, and no one had to sleep on the couch! The hotel is surrounded by shops and restaurants, so it's easy to explore Andorra on foot. Overall, it was a good value for the money!
