Super location right in the centre with our own designated parking space for our whole stay. The food was great for a buffet style option - lots of choice and all very fresh.

The room looked a bit tired and we had to get the sofa bed out ourselves for the children. The air conditioning was really loud so we had to turn it off to sleep which made the room a bit too hot.

The room was of adequate size to accommodate three. Breakfast was good. Every location in Andorra is good, the city is small (surprise :)) :). Novotel location is convenient - everything is within a 5 min walk. We enjoyed spa for free in the neighboring (next door) hotel. Novotel has an agreement for its clients with the spa. Reception staff was helpful and friendly

I have nothing to add, but please note that drinks, including water, are not free at the evening buffet

The location is excellent. A nice swimming pool is freely available ( it is in the hotel next door). Carpark available under the hotel and there's security staff for it. The room was quiet at night.

WiFi is bad. The bed is too hard. The carpet in the room is way too stained. Car park is expensive (I think )at €26 per day

Fantastic position to visit the city and the hotel is very comfortable .

The internal parking is very expensive and they don't tell you that there are some much cheaper public parking around the hotel. Unfortunately there is not a stop space near the entrance to stop the car to unload the bagages.

The room was very nice and the breakfast was excellent with lots of choices to choose from. I rate the breakfast at 9/10. I have stayed here many times before and my room was not facing towards the river and it was a disaster because the side rooms appear to be directly over the laundry and every morning the machines start running at around 4-0 AM so so sleep from that point forward.

The booking system with booking.com is not very good because it keeps diverting you to other properties which is not the fault of the Hotel but booking.com trying to off load other properties where they make more commission.

Lovely breakfast 😋 polite staff. Access to sauna and jacuzz - very nice touch. Room very clean and quiet.

Not much space in the room and car parking very tight 🙃. No coffee in the room. (Decaffeinated only.. ) Too much for car parking..

Staff on reception and in the restaurant superb. Very helpful and professional.All spoke some English. Both breakfast and dinner excellent. Location right in the middle of the main shopping street. Underground secure garage worth reserving despite the high cost of 26 euros a night. Bedroom a good size and very comfortable. Coffee/tea making facilities but no milk.

Odd to have toilet separate from washbasin/shower. Room a bit dated. Parking spaces a bit tight. Although we did see a couple of fairly big spaces.

the hotel was clean, the food i! the restaurant was good and the staff was friendly, they also speak very good french and english so is very easy to comunicate with them.

1. we have a room for 4 people, i would like to have the sofa bed ready to use, instead of searching for everthing to get it ready for sleeping, but is understandable beacause the room was realy small. 2. also the room was a little too small for 4 pleople. 3. another thing that i didn’t like is that if you want to use the pool or the kids area you need to get out of the hotel and go to the hotel next door, and in the winter time after you swim is not so relaxing. This small aspects that i am talking about were small things and didn t affect so much our opinion about the hotel, i still recomand it to other pleople so it depends on everyone’s expectations!

WoW for a last minute booking. This had it all. I message day before about parking. Get to the car park my names on the list before checking in. The brand rituals too good to be true in the room amazing. The pool next door. Bit hard to find. The price and value was perfect for us who was going to a football game on the same road to walk too.

Room was spacious and the view was amazing even on the third floor. Location was great. Breakfast was very good, although the hotel receptionist didn't know anything about it, price etc.

The room floor was full of stains, we have 9months old daughter who found every single of them, we had to watch her all the time. The Aircondition didn't work, and opening the window it was too noisy. The price was too high in my opinion, taking into consideration the breakfast was still not included, spa was small, steam room cold, a d they were located in a separate building, meaning we had to put all our winter clothes on when accessing the spa, even for the baby. One elevator didn't function so we spent awfull long time waiting in the hall way with the pram. Some of the staff didn't know English at all. Oh and the bed was broken.
