Pleasant hotel with friendly, helpful staff. Great location in the centre of the town, a very short walk to the gondola station. There are ski lockers provided at the hotel, or you can hire lockers at the gondola station if you don't want to carry skis back to hotel. The food was very good, with freshly cooked options provided by Junior. Small gripe was the hot food wasn't very hot, but there was a microwave available if wanted. Reception area / bar not very busy in the evenings, but other options available close by.

Our room (bed configuration) request made via Booking.com (confirmation received) was not passed on to the hotel by Booking.com. This was very frustrating, although the hotel did their best to resolve the situation. Would suggest contacting the hotel direct in future.

A very friendly reception and easy checking in experience upon arrival. A lovely, spacious room on the 5th floor. It was to the back of the hotel, so not much of a view but very quiet. No road noise at all.

My only gripe would be in relation to the pillows. Whereas the bed was very comfortable, the pillows were far too “springy”. It’s as if they were stuffed with foam rubber. I g ft kind them very uncomfortable, even to the point where using them induced pain in the rear of the neck. I ended up throwing them off if the bed snd sleeping without any pillows at all.

Staff were excellent in all aspects: service, dinning, reception etc..

My initial room (515) was adjacent and above a terrace belonging to 'Fat Albert's where the noise from the Techno music and outside parties at between the hours of 0300 and 0400 were horrendous! Fortunately, after complaining to reception, I was relocated to a room where I could get some sleep!

Spacious room, location, breakfast, parking

No air-conditioning in the room, so it was really hot and difficult to sleep. I understand that summers in Andorra only last for 2 months or so, and for that reason, an air-conditioning unit would not really be an option. But a fan would have been nice, or at least mosquito screens on the windows, so every window can be opened to get the room cooled down. I tried to open the windows but instantly saw wasps flying near the window, so I had to close them again. This is basically the only point of attention I got.

Our room was excellent, facing the road and the mountain/ski slope, with a little balcony. The beds were exceptionally comfy & the staff were very friendly. The spa (jacuzzi, steam, sauna) was a huge bonus after a long day's skiing! Included in our stay, thanks to Booking.com. Lockers for ski equipment were very useful. Close to grocery shops, a few bars and a restaurant.

Would have been nice to have a kettle & a toaster in the room and a sharper knife to make our own snacks. The crockery & glassware was very basic-looking - not a dealbreaker, but very 'standard hotel'.

The bedroom and bathroom were large, modern, very clean and comfortable. There were welcome chocolates and the reception staff pointed us to low cost public parking for our large SUV nearby. We each received a voucher for a free drink at the bar, although these needed to be house wine, tap beer or water- we couldn't use them for soft drink, tea or coffee.

The room became quite stuffy overnight but we didn't want to open the window because it was raining

Buffet w Chef Station, good variety of food and menu changes throughout the week. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and spacious (triple), overall well equipped.

Bathroom - the shower was difficult to use without leaking water over the floor.

Breakfast was 12e and absolutely excellent with omelette cooks etc. I don't think you could get the same kind of quality anywhere else in that village with that money. Room had a wonderful view on the slopes so we could see e.g how the weather conditions were. The hotel is close to everything. Hotel staff knew everything and were super helpful! They gave me a skiing route on the first day and it was really a great recommendation to the top. The hotel was very clean, they were cleaning all the time the big common areas.

Wellll you had to pay extra for the spa area, 10e/h/person, which is not a lot but still came as a surprise since the sauna was a major deal breaker for us to have. The hotel was also a bit crowded, which is ok and great for them, but all the kids and ski gear was a lot.

Perfectly located in the centre of Soldeu. Short walk up to the gondola. Good ski storage area. Great health suite. Breakfast was excellent, lots of options!

Although we got 1 free hour in the health suite due to an area being out of use, I feel that given the price of the hotel, this should be free for guests anyway. Would expect this to be included in a 4* hotel.

Location is perfect, rooms are big and warm. There is locker and ski room which is great and staff was very helpful

Dinner buffet wasn’t great. They dont replenish the buffet until you remind and bathrooms were a bit old.
