Lovely hotel. Great room with wonderful view. The best spa I have ever experienced. We had dinner in the sushi restaurant which was excellent. On our second night we had dinner in their one star Michelin restaurant which was one of the best meals of this type we have ever had. The food was inventive, beautiful and tasty. We would highly recommend it.

This is predominantly a ski hotel so in the summer it is quiet. Also there is no air conditioning in the rooms which makes them a bit warm in the summer. Our only complaint.

The best hotel we have ever been to! The level of service is amazing and the staff are so lovely. A really big thank you to Ramiro who looked after us really well in the Glass Bar - you are a credit to the hotel and it was a pleasure to meet you! :) The rooms were lovely, really spacious, and so clean with great facilities. The spa was also a really nice addition to our stay and very relaxing. The gym is also great - immaculate and spacious, by far the best hotel gym we have been to. It was very quiet when we stayed (it's certainly set up for the winter ski season) so going in the summer months is great to really relax. The included breakfast was also lovely - a big choice in a buffet and options to pick from the menu - perfect.

Just a little thing - for the standard of the hotel we would have expected covered parking, but it was secure and directly opposite the hotel.

I normally don't give 10s for reviews, but I really have to give this hotel one. Super-friendly staff. Great, spacious, quiet room. Excellent breakfast. Really nice gym. Great location with amazing views.

The only thing to note is that the hotel is not in downtown Andorra de Vella, so if you want to go into town, you have to drive 15 minutes or so. But that isn't necessarily a bad thing, as the view from our room was outstanding and the hotel was extremely quiet and peaceful.

Absolutely amazing. Possibly the best place I’ve ever stayed. Fantastic staff, beautiful room with lovely little touches, and a fabulous, spacious spa. Everything - from the cleanliness to the attention to detail - was truly outstanding. Oh and the breakfast needs a whole rating system of its own - 20 out of 10 :) Thankyou to everyone who made our stay wonderful. We’ll be back

Nothing about the hotel or spa - they’re perfect. Only comment is that dinner in Koy didn’t quite meet expectations or its price tag. The service was fabulous and the food was good, but not as good as expected.

Great hotel overall. The hotel is in great shape, rooms are well kept, communal areas look spotless. The Spa is great, and the staff is spot on. Overall, the hotel provides a top experience and has so far been the best place I have stayed at in Andorra. Highly recommended

Difficult to say. Nothing was below expectation.

Thankfully we were there during extreme low season in November. While we enjoyed the spa area, the hotel was a good value for what we paid, 320 euros, but that was lower than half the normal rate. That's an ok rate, but we've noticed it in the past for well over $700 for the same room, and honestly cannot possibly imagine paying that for this hotel in Andorra. Remember to reserve a two-hour Spa slot if you want access to the sauna and steam rooms before you arrive. Breakfast was OK for non meat eaters, but we would have hoped from more from an 5-star hotel. The spa area was wonderful. There aren't any snacks like nuts or dried fruit that you would expect like at other spas, and they start winding down a bit early than the actual close time, and there are limited towels, but the number of steam rooms and saunas are divine. Please note that you need to take the robes from the room to the spa and there is no direct elevator from your room to the wellness area so you need to walk through the entire hotel and the restaurant area in your robe. . We thought it was a bit hilarious if not slightly awkward but the spa was great. Because we were there in low season, we were gifted a early check-in and a late checkout. We are grateful, because it allows us to go to the sauna on our checkout day.

This is by far the best luxury option in Soldeu. The reception / bellboy / valet parking / ski service & housekeeping were faultless. The check in and check out, dealing with luggage & skis etc was seamless and with impeccable teamwork. Worth the pricetag with one caveat.

Breakfast was a bit of a lottery and therefore the main downside of our stay. The concept of mainly table service with a limited self service buffet is theoretically OK but it seemed that there really weren’t enough staff to keep things running smoothly. Lots of waiting and reordering, anything between 10-20 minutes to get a cup of coffee for example. Overall this was a definite deterrent to return visits, which is a shame as otherwise it’s an excellent place to stay.

The attention to detail was incredible. The restaurant’s on site offered top notch food and service. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel cared for.

Great friendly staff, very helpful. Two rooms were ready much earlier, on our arrival , best ever slope views everywhere from the hotel: rooms, Glassbar , spa. The spa is amazing

Having travelled through Spain , France and Andorra and changing hotels every 2 days over 2 weeks I can confident say this has been the best hotel and while all the facilities are 5 star the key factor here is the people. Youness was exceptional going out of his way even beyond F&B manager duties to show us other accommodation options for our next stay. For Diego at Koy there’s was no request that he couldn’t accommodate; the Sushi(Otoro) there was best we’ve had on our trip! Rachel’s wine pairing and knowledge about wines were incredible. With the team at this hotel it was like they knew what we wanted before we asked. Definite worth a visit!
