Fabulous location. 5 minutes walk to the ski lift and 15 minutes later your'e up on the slopes. The hotel staff were very friendly. There is a great bar which serves snacks. The restaurant doesn't open til 7.30pm which is quite common for the area but we would prefer to eat earlier. Great selection of food at breakfast.

The room was a little on the small side but we weren't in it too much. There were quite a few dark hairs on the floor in the apartment so I think it had a pretty quick clean. The conditioner wasn't topped up the whole time we were there and things like bottled water were only provided for free on the first day.

I commend the outstanding hospitality and professionalism demonstrated by the staff during my stay. The reception team deserves special recognition as well. Anti, Agus, and Paula were incredibly accommodating, efficient, and always ready to assist with a smile. Their dedication to guest satisfaction did not go unnoticed. The bar team, especially Otto and Agustín, went above and beyond to provide fast, friendly, and professional service, making each visit a pleasure. Their attention to detail and welcoming attitude truly enhanced the experience. The buffet, both in the morning and evening, offered excellent quality and value for money, with a variety of fresh options to cater to all tastes. Finally, the rooms and the overall cleanliness of the property were truly impressive. Every corner of the hotel reflected meticulous attention to detail, ensuring a comfortable and hygienic stay. Bravo to the entire team!

The hotel offers an excellent overall experience. However, there are a few areas for improvement. First, while it’s very close to the lifts, it’s not truly ski in/ski out as advertised, which was disappointing since that was my top priority. If direct ski access is essential for you, this might not be the ideal choice. Additionally, the hotel could use some updates to make the experience truly outstanding. It’s well-maintained, but a little modernization would enhance the overall ambiance. The parking is convenient but comes with challenges. It’s quite narrow, making it less suitable for larger vehicles—often the choice for ski trips. If you’re traveling with a big car, parking here might be tricky. Plus, it's a little pricey

The reception was very pleasant and helpful. I was able to get a drink somewhat late at the restaurant bar. The breakfast was good; I believe it was included. Room was modern with quality materials and fixtures.

The spiral down to the underground parking was very tight. I would not recommend trying to enter if you have a somewhat larger car. We had a medium sized car and I had to back up and go forward more than a couple of times.

Room was great good size for young family very clean and in a good location for ski lift. Would advice getting lockers at the top of the lift.

There was sometimes to much choice for food. As it runs a buffet it can be a bit overwhelming

The range of gluten free breakfast options was incredible, very impressed. The bar downstairs had a great atmosphere and the pool table was a bonus. All of the staff were very helpful.

The twin room had 2 single beds but they were touching, so it wasn't really ideal if you weren't in a relationship with the person you were staying with. It was almost like sharing a bed!

Every member of staff we encountered were excellent and so friendly. It was an exceptionally busy time but they all just kept smiling and doing everything they could to make our stay perfect. The bed was made every day, the room tidied and towels folded. The food was really good. Probably best buffet style food I've experienced and certainly great value. The rooms and beds were comfortable, bar prices reasonable. All in all an excellent stay, perfect location.

Nothing really. If being picky, the tea was very weak. Some decent breakfast tea bags for the English guests would be preferable but not a massive deal.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. There was a vast choice of breakfast options, all of which was tasty and well prepared. The aqua area was very clean and it was great to be able to book a slot.

The price for parking was very high. We have a van that didn't fit in the hotel parking, at 21 euro a day. The street parking was 21 euro a day also. If you could get a space.

Location is great. Room size & facilities are really good. Nice comfortable bed & good bathroom. The lap pool, sauna & steam room are a nice little bonus.

My room was next to the cleaning cupboard so the door would bang from quite early on in the morning which is pretty noisy. I think the breakfast is pretty expensive at €11 when you can pop to a coffee shop next door for €3-4

The cleaners are amazing and do a great job ! And the reception staff are so lovely ! The bar man is a great guy ! great location for the biking !
