Very nice facilities and very comfortable .

Water bottles for the room are very limited and I found people very hesitant to provide bottles in the suite . Though these are water bottles and we are talking of a five star hotel . Water bottles ' if it's policy then tell people upfront while checking in . Secondly, there is no heater in the room and temperature of as c was at 19, which took time to get warm or normal.

Our stay at the Hilton Riyadh Hotel & Residences was truly exceptional. The apartment was spacious, beautifully maintained, and perfect for families. The location was very convenient, being right next to the metro station, and the free valet parking for residents made everything even easier. The service throughout our stay was outstanding. The concierge team was incredibly helpful and attentive, the reception team was welcoming and professional, and the housekeeping staff were responsive and available 24/7, ensuring we always had what we needed. We also enjoyed the food — we ordered room service several times, and each meal was delicious and beautifully presented. Overall, every detail was thoughtfully handled, making our stay comfortable and memorable for both adults and kids.

Honestly, there was nothing we didn’t like. Everything was perfect.

I would like to express my disappointment regarding the room service meal I ordered during my stay at the hotel. Unfortunately, the quality of the food was far below expectations and not at all in line with the standards I associate with Hilton hotels. The chicken burger and the appetizers were particularly poor in taste. In fact, the appetizer platter was completely inedible due to its bad flavor and was left untouched. Additionally, the French fries were served cold and extremely hard, which even caused discomfort to my teeth while trying to eat them. Frankly, the value paid for this meal does not reflect the quality and experience I expect from a Hilton property. I hope you take this feedback seriously and address these issues to improve the dining experience for your guests.

Accommodation was clean all the facilities from the gym to pool and sauna excellent. The breakfast was amazing with lots of choice and despite the hotel being really busy during our stay there was always someone on hand to assist during breakfast. This extended to general queries with reception .

If I was really critical I would say the walkway to the nearby Granada Mall was closed and access was made across a car park. Not necessarily the hotels issue and it didnt stop us from making the short walk, but the elevated walkway when reopened will be a welcome addition.

I like the professionalism of the employees, the Saudi Lady in the reception open the counter to serve me, she told me am the Gust of the day. They upgraded my room from standard to suite with business lounge access. I told her am celebration my promotion and you spoil me already as a guest of the day, even I did not tell them before, what a surprise for myself. They really spoiled me. Mr. Ali Almuzni, he sent a generous cake as a gift for my promotion. Also, welcome gift, nuts, fruits, juices. The business lounge was extraordinary. Very quiet and they are providing excellent services. Mr. Ali Amizanni is very professional. He checked if we need any things, and asked if I am satisfy with my stay and how they make it better. Very very very hospitable. Thank you Hilton Riyadh, Gurnatah district. You are amazing.

I had a wonderful stay at Hilton Riyadh. From the moment I arrived until check-out, everything was smooth and enjoyable. The service was outstanding — all the staff were incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming. A special thank you to Ms. Dana Al-Sanan for her exceptional hospitality and professionalism. Her warm attitude and attention to detail were truly appreciated. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Riyadh. I’ll definitely return again. What a stay!

The response by Guest Relations on complaining that, although a Hilton Honors member who had made a special request for a room on a higher floor because it was a special (birthday) occasion, I had been given a room on the 3rd floor. They found a room on a much higher floor - albeit a different category (twin not double).

The lifts. They stopped at too many floors where no one was waiting because a previous guest had pressed all the three lift buttons and then taken another. Frustrating and at times slow when you are in a hurry. The price of a coffee from the lobby "coffee van". 40 SAR for a Latte in a paper cup and ordering from a van when the going rate is around 20 SAR, often 15 SAR is ridiculous. The response to a special request 1 month before arrival for a room on a higher level. We were given an accessible room on the 3rd floor and I have no disability.

Starting from the lobby to reception to room service to all staff that i have met during my short stay, i would say it was splendid and welcoming. The smile that they showed me all the way was comfy. I would like you to extend my gratitude to the reception young man who check me in (i don't know what his name is but you can check who made the check-in for me on that day), the room service man (also don't know his name) & the baggage people.
