Everything was fine. Convenient parking, all clean, friendly staff. The children were especially pleased with the sweet gift from the reception manager. Location is very good if you travel by car.

In our family room there were no locks on the toilet and bathroom doors, it was very strange to warn the whole family every time that the toilet was occupied :) The folding sofa was small and not very comfortable.

Our room was super comfortable with excellent facilities. Breakfast was bountiful and delicious. Good spacious parking alongside the hotel.. Lovely helpful staff. Lovely swimming pool in the spacious garden.

The location is away from the city, and the downside is that there is no choice of restaurants nearby but on the positive side the area is quiet and peaceful. The dinner menu was generally good except on Sunday evening when the choice was boring and extremely limited.

I stayed with my family for an overnight stay. +The hotel has good facilities like ( swimming pool, spacious garden where children can play, +pnayroom for children and a nice restaurant area). +The person at the reception was really nice and helpfull. +The room was clean and spacious. +The location is good if you have a car. +Breakfast had good options. +Free parking Overall we think it is a very nice hotel and reasonably priced.

Some negative things: -the fridge in the room was unplugged and had melted water in it. Dont know why it was unplugged. -the sofa bed could be better.

Great outdoor area with pool, table tennis and enough space to kick a ball around. Bed was firm but good Rooms were renovated and decent size Toilet seperate from bathroom Door that seperates the toilet and entry ftom the sleeping area. Very handy if you don't want to wake up everyone when nature calls at night. Big TV in room I definitely recommend this hotel.

Slight minus point is the location if you don't have a car, as the tram is a fair way away. But no problem by car to drive to P+R and take the tram to the city centre

Central location. Room was clean and very quiet despite the very busy summer holiday season. Reasonable value for money given the central location. Generous car park, with security around the clock. Standard check-out not until 12 which was bliss. Beautiful food at a reasonable price when I ate at the restaurant in the evening. Very friendly helpful approachable staff throughout my staff.

Only one small lift. Not enough for families or other guests during the busy holiday season. No instructions in the lift for having to tap your key card. People were constantly waiting because others didn't know how to work the lift. I opted for the stairs whenever I could. They didn't look very well looked after unfortunately. Dirty and uninviting. Parts of the room looked and felt dated e.g. the bathtub and shower curtain.

We all had a lovely stay at the hotel, the swimming pool and play area for the kids is very nice, they have a lot of space to play free, excellent! The room had a huge tv, nice beds and a bath. The staff was friendly and the facitilies were good and clean. Fresh breakfast for a very nice price, as the kids didn’t har to pay for it. The location was a bit far from the centrum but easily acessible with public transportation (wich was not expensive at all).

They let us check in a little and greeted by very friendly staff. Very clean and comfortable bed. Like being able to park the car for free on sight. Was on the outskirts of the city, which was fine to get away from the crowds, but still close drive.

Felt silly that we couldn't figure out the light switches, had to put the room key in the wall gadget to make them work.

I like that there’s a swimming pool and spacious bedroom

The swimming pool water wasn’t that clean and the female Asian looking receptionist wasn’t friendly at all. It seems like she’s always annoyed when guests ask her for something or even during check out.

We came for overnight stay as on our road trip, but it was easy to find, nice room, very nice breakfast choice. After breakfast kids went into swimming pool, there was choice of table tennis, footbal and small play corner for children inside. I would definitely come back.

I didn't realized that breakfast wasnt added during booking so had to pay extra 40 euro for 2 adults, I felt this was slightly overpriced, although children were for free....

Everything as expected, no surprises or issues. Beds were comfortable and the shower had good pressure.

Unsure why but on occasion could smell cigarette smoke within our room, unsure if this is somehow related to air-conditioning or someone smoking outside. Did not inform staff however so they had no opportunity to address this.
