We were in town 3 nights to visit my partner's brother, who recently bought a house a block behind the hotel. I'm not sure when this hotel had their last renovation, but everything looked brand new, clean, fresh, and modern. Both beds were a bit on the firm side, and we got a good sleep all three nights. The room air conditioning worked well and was quiet. There is a smart tv, so you can't find what you like. You can watch your own Netflix or Prime if you have your password. There was a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. The toilet and shower are together in one room and sink vanity seperate, so good for getting ready if there's two of you. There is an extending lighted make-up mirror on the wall. There is a large rain shower but no wall shower, so you have to dart around that to turn on the shower, (knob all the way around for hot), if you dont want to wet your hair, but it's doable. We had hot water right away all 3 days. There is a restaurant and large pub, both had great food, you can get a breakfast coupon for $5 for meal value up to $16. The pub has many tvs and comfy seating areas if you dont want to sit at H the bar. The booths have their own tvs. There's 30 VLTs, Keno, and horse betting as well. Service was top-notch throughout the hotel. Will be back again.

Nothing not to like.

Very comfortable bed and excellent sheets. Central location. Fair sized room. Practical shower and it’s also practical that the sink and mirror are in a separate place so someone can have a shower while something else is shaving or doing makeup.

Noisy, doors 🚪 been slammed early in the morning even on a Sunday. Parking is inadequate and not lit enough. Too many toiletries small plastic bottles. Hand soap also wrapped in more plastic. Maybe add permanent refillable shampoo and lotion containers to keep up with international green standards to be more in tune with the current times of ecological impact and footprint.

It was clean and comfortable. And has a nice restaurant for breakfast And a pub for lunch or dinner Has a little area with some slot machines.

The unhoused hanging out at the back entrance doing drugs. Staff handled it quickly. But maybe better security (cameras) as this is the only door to use with dogs. It was also odd having the sink outside of the bathroom.

The room was great. The location was great. The beds were comfortable. I had a restful night. It was quiet. The coffee was a delight first thing in the morning. The shower was refreshing and great pressure for a great comfort for the weary bones.

Pam was excellent - juggled rooms around to give our elderly father ground floor access and an early check in

Breakfast serive was terribly slow - took 30 minutes to get a coffee refill

There seemed to be a large number of people in the halls that didn’t appear to be guests of the hotel.

Staff consistently go out of their way to assist you, comfortable beds, nice linens, room service, large television, good hair dryer, multiple options for lighting, pet friendly, courtyard view from room.

The internet hooking up to a game systems could be better.

The staff were amazing, the hotel was clean and in great shape. The restaurant inside was great as well.

The size of the room was small, bed was small. No pool or hot tub
