i most definitely like how clean it was and it is nicely organized. i loved our room (first floor) the guy at the front desk was very accommodating and his communication was great. wish i got his name but he was very nice and straight forward to let you know about anything you might need.

although our room was nice, the view was terrible (not thier fault). during the morning around 9 am, a housekeeper tried to open our door and knocked and she thought we were checked out. i had the do not disturb sigh on the door. later on that same morning while i was packing up my stuff and tidying up the room a bit one of the workers tried to open our sliding door outside. good thing we had it locked but i dont understand why they would do that.

Easy check in, friendly service, comfortable bed, clean and stocked shower. Basic needs met! Hotel smelt nice, was clean area, parking was convenient, extra supplies for the bathroom or coffee set was readily available by the front desk. Definitely will be on my list for future stays for the east Moncton - Dieppe area.

Hotel and amenities were fine, personal issues - wall neighbour's dog was left unattended until the early hours (barking, scratching, moving things in the neighbouring room), breakfast wasn't offered at the time we needed (opened at 8:30am, we needed it at 7:00am), we were on the ground floor and our outside door didn't lock (glad the hotel is located in a nice area).

Quick and easy check in and out, very friendly staff and no problems when needing anything extra, I like that there is a mini Canteen with items for snacks,treats quick lunch, late snack and able to purchase anytime throughout the night at front desk.

Having to be on 2nd floor with a dog, that's the only thing I have negative about hotel being pet friendly but not accommodating for dogs and their owners. I think there should be more groundfloor rooms to accommodate pet dog owners.( I don't like having to go through hallways and core doors slamming when there's other guest and some with smaller children that potentially be my fault taking my dog out to use bathroom at 2,3 and 4am) I'm scared to get a complaint on me to be honest.

Welcomed by a very pleasant staff member, I think her name was Julie, but I’m not sure, but she was very knowledgeable, breakfast was great, the outdoor seating was very nice to just have a coffee outside.

Just noticed that there was a very noticeable gap where the doors closes in the room, when it’s dark in the room the light in the hallway is very clear.

Comfortable rooms, great staff, and great location (right by the highway, mall, restaurants). We requested a dog friendly room which was great. Breakfast was also included which was great. Also a great location to do day trips to Bay of Fundy and PEI

There are only stairs to the second floor and cleaning service only if requested

The breakfast was adequate.Nothing that special.The breakfast space was congested on our morning and the staff was very busy trying to keep up with demand. It filled our requirements.

Nothing to dislike at this hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful.

close to hospital. easy to find. clean. staff pleasant and helpful. breakfast was A-1.

couldn’t plug the bathtub. needed to soak in bath due to surgery. also I booked at 109$ when I looked at my receipt the basic price was 115$. that I really don’t like. I’m a cancer patient and have lots of expenses.

overall, expected facilities been experienced without doubt. The staff especially the house keeping were very cooperative and friendly in guidance and maintenance. The Breakfast was stupendous and all the credit goes to staff there.

Comfort, proximity, cleanliness and the fellow hotel mates.

With most Comfort Inns, the location is accessible to major travel routes. There is a gas station right across the street. Access to major shopping centre and restaurants, Canadian Tire is within walking distance. Moncton’s river boardwalk is within walking or short driving distance. This is a very central location! Back grass area of parking lot actually had a family of quail living there!

Room was clean and hotel was quiet that night. Breakfast was great as usual and the breakfast attendant was incredibly nice and helpful. She made the stay much better! Location was good, though not in walking distance of much, but easy to get around the city by car. Was happy with my stay.
