I had the pleasure of staying at Retaj Salwa Resort & Spa, and it was one of the most relaxing and enjoyable experiences I’ve had. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was outstanding. A special thank you to Ms. Afshan Khan, Assistant Front Office Manager, for her warm welcome and professional support throughout our stay. Her kindness and attention to detail truly stood out. The villa was peaceful and beautifully maintained, with a lovely swimming pool just behind it, creating a perfect atmosphere for relaxation and comfort. It was an unforgettable experience. All the staff members were friendly, respectful, and always ready to assist, making us feel genuinely cared for. We also thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast and dinner buffets, which offered a great variety of delicious dishes and excellent service. Every meal was a treat. I highly recommend Retaj Salwa Resort & Spa to anyone looking for a quiet, luxurious, and welcoming escape. The property is great for a nice get away, the buffet breakfast was amazing and the staff at the buffet were amazing.

I did not like the fact that I and my husband wanted a king side bed however there were only two twin beds which were joined together. I would suggest for them to at least king-size or queen size beds for people booking as couples. We were extremely disappointed by the service offered by the receptionist Carolyne, she had a straight face on several occasions and did not have any customer oriented service in her. The other lady seated next to her and the other stuff were extremely amazing and beautiful. I believe for someone being on the reception should be warm, welcoming and have a great service.

The pool is big, The room was wide, The cleanliness, breakfast was nice, the staff was cooperative, the facilties inside the room, Parking Facilities

I booked 2 rooms pool view after reservation on line earlier by 2 weeks. on Check in, they did very bad thing that they gave me the last two rooms away from the center. That's why I didn't enjoy the stay. Besides, I booked a free cancellation reservation and pay at the property, but few days before check thaey called me to pay the money to confirm. The breakfast quality needs to be improved. The villas are away from the pool. No Kids area.

We were delighted to be upgraded to an Executive Suite upon arrival, which was a wonderful surprise. The resort went above and beyond by surprising us with a complimentary wedding anniversary bedroom swan setup, along with two red roses delivered to our room. A thoughtful gesture. The receptionists were very accommodating and welcoming, making our check-in smooth and pleasant. The resort is spacious, offering a variety of activities that are perfect for families. The large and well-maintained outdoor swimming pool provided a very relaxing atmosphere. Breakfast was enjoyable, particularly the live cooking stations. The omelette and pancakes were excellent.

Prior to our stay, we were informed that we could bring visitors without any charge. However, upon arrival, we were told that there would be a QAR 150 per person charge if guests stay inside the room for more than 30 minutes, even if they are not staying overnight. This policy wasn’t clearly communicated beforehand. While the breakfast was enjoyable, it would have been better to have a wider variety of food selections beyond the live cooking stations. More options would have enhanced the experience.

I had an amazing experience at Retaj Salwa Resort! The hospitality was exceptional, with the staff being warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. The resort is very well-maintained, and the swimming pool is pristine, providing a perfect place to relax and unwind. We booked a standard room, but were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a beautiful poolside view room, which made our stay even more special. The room itself was spotless, spacious, and comfortable, with a full set of toiletries provided, and the bath tub was well-maintained and a great addition to the room.

The only small issue we encountered was that the toilet exhaust wasn’t working, but it didn’t significantly impact our stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this resort! From the moment we arrived, the front reception staff, Flora, was warm, welcoming and very friendly,making us feel right at home. A special thanks to Mr. Afshaan, who surprised us with an upgrade from a room to a villa—this was truly the highlight of our stay! The villa was spacious, well-equipped with all amenities, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The resort’s pool is a standout feature, and we especially loved the lake-style swimming pool. The pond with ducks added a charming touch to the serene surroundings. There are also great facilities for kids, including a trampoline, ensuring they had plenty of fun. The location is ideal, offering a peaceful retreat away from the busy city of Doha. Overall, it was a memorable stay, and we would definitely return!

They have upgraded our room to suite 😌 We enjoyed our stay the kids loved the place and the breakfast. I tried their spa for a message and Joury was so professional and released my neck pain this was the best part of the resort thank you Joury i highly recommend her😍

The smell from camels at night The pool wasnt clean there were straws and papers in it Baby crib safety bumper and blanket isn’t available First floor has a kids zone which was dirty and not safe a lot of things were broken

it was nice stay one overnight and we really enjoyed it.pools was really fantastic and well maintained,but pools accessories like floating apparatus are payable.The room was really good and room service was nice.i am very lucky that receptionist ms titaina have done room upgrade to villa.breakfast was very healthy and delicious,i have a suggestion that please add indian cusine also if possible

morning pool timing is not suitable for summer season ,start from 8AM only.it can be start atleast 6.30am
