Location is good and beautiful , contains all the services. The staff are respectful, especially Nadeem. He did not reduce our rights in his service and was kind with us.

They’ve been too late when we ask for our car from Valet.

The hotel is conveniently located above some stores and really nice upmarket restaurants and it comes alive at night with a lovely vibe. There is a supermarket, pharmacy and ATM within that centre which was very convenient. We believe we were the first to occupy our room as the hotel was literally brand new when we stayed there. The view from the restaurant balcony was stunning. We encountered an incredibly helpful, friendly and warm staff member in the house keeping team who's attention to detail and care was impressive, his name was FOWMI.

The pool facilities were not yet opened so unfortunately we didn't get to experience these. The reception staff lacked that warm welcoming feel. The restaurant staff seemed overwhelmed and one of the days our room was not cleaned. I would however dismiss this as teething issues, but hope that they can get their staffing at the same level as the hotel itself.

The location, staff and cleanliness of the hotel . We had an amazing stay in Retaj west walk . The staff were amazing Aisha at reception received us with such niceness . We felt very welcomed . The door men were very helpful. I forgot his name but the guy that bought our luggage was very helpful. An Asian man . First day we had dinner at the hotel and Abdul was absolutely fantastic. Breakfast time Carla was amazing helping me and my family with everything. The African security guys were always ready to help with everything, getting a taxi , and with directions to places . Julhas and nadim were always very helpful. Last but not least …. The person that always made our stay very comfortable every single day was ibrahim the room cleaner . He always comes with a snail and is very respectful. Thank you so much ibrahim . Not forgetting to mention the men that cooks the eggs at breakfast. Always happy to see us . One of the Asian men even remembers every morning how my little girl likes her eggs cooked which I thought was really lovely. Thank you Carla for always helping my family at breakfast. It was our first visit to Qatar and we will definitely be coming back especially to Retaj west walk .

Clean, location and friendly staff

Brand new, room was good value for money, attentive and friendly staff, fast Internet, room was comfortable, quiet, and the view onto Westwalk was quite nice. I enjoyed trying out a staycation in a new hotel in a different neighbourhood.

I think they were coming to the end of a soft opening period, so some facilities were not yet available, e.g., sauna, but they are getting there. On my third and final day, they had the coffee machine up and running, so cappuccino rather than regular filtered coffee was greatly appreciated. Also, apart from the breakfast, which was of an expected standard, there was a limited (and quite expensive) menu.

Excellent hotel! Staff are very welcoming, cooperative and friendly. Thanks to Ms. Amani who was very nice, kind, polite and cooperative to change my room, away from external noise. Rooms are well served up and kept clean. Breakfast is great with plenty of diverse options. Thanks to Ms. Carla, who was very polite and cooperative. Location is excellent, within the west walk area with plenty of café, restaurants and shops around. Imagine that outdoor area is air conditioned!

Windows insulation is not enough which is necessary especially for the upper lavels, due to external AC compressor units on top of facing buildins, which are noisy 24 hours!

I had a perfect experience at the West Walk Hotel from the moment I arrived until the day I checked out. At the check-in, the lovely Aisha and Galib greeted me with such warmth and kindness. I had an issue, Aisha was incredibly helpful and worked swiftly to resolve the issue, all while maintaining a wonderful, positive attitude. Her English was flawless, which made the whole process smooth and pleasant. Ayisha’s attentiveness truly set the tone for a memorable stay. Also i would like to thanks to Nadim for his excellent assist. Overall , my family are enjoyed stay in the Hotel with a great hospitality and also the breakfast buffet is so delicious. I highly recommend the West Walk Hotel and will definitely return!

Room entertainment , the TV has no channel for the kids.

I had a wonderful experience at the hotel. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. The room was spotless spacious and very comfortable with all the amenities I needed. I also appreciated the hotel’s central location, which made it easy to explore the area. The breakfast was varied and delicious, offering something for every taste. Overall, the service and quality exceeded my expectations—I would highly recommend this hotel and definitely return in the future.

Nothing all are perfect

The location was perfect and the hotel was lovely. I loved my room, the hotel was beautiful, very neat and clean. The hotel is in the cutest street with cafes and restaurants. I took the package with breakfast but only had breakfast at the hotel once. It was a normal breakfast, nice enough but quite crowded. I would recommend going down to West Walk for breakfast. It’s also beautiful at night. I wanted to go for a massage but they were quite expensive 500-700 QAR but that’s fine. The staff was incredible. Everyone was nice and helpful whenever I needed help. They have valet and basement parking. I loved it, recommend it to all my friends and would definitely stay there again if I go back to Qatar.

My only feedback is the rooms are not soundproof which was quite annoying. I kept getting woken up by children running around screaming in the corridors. I expected it to be quieter since the rooms are advertised as soundproof. Their fire alarms also started ringing at 9AM on the 1st of January which was quite annoying. They said somebody was smoking in their room but it ended up happening again at 11 and midday.

Everything is beautiful, the location and the clean also the staff very good.. Especially eiz aldin عز الدين he was very polite and helpful.. Aisha is very good also. Thanks all for great hospitality

The suite was on the other side of the building.. No elevator there so a lot of walking between the corridors.. But can't complain because the rooms is above another building not the main hotel ao they can't use elevator unless in their main building. Tip: don't take suit 3034 because it's so far from the elevator.
