Everything was absolutely fantastic from the moment you step in the valet area up until you check out. The staff are great, cheerful, professional, helpful and just an absolute pleasure to be around. I’d like to thank Mitesh , Si Thu who were super helpful in every way. Salma and especially Ezzo from Tawlet Yvonne restaurant who were an absolute delight to be around and the reason we went to the hotel each and everyday. And last but not least, the hotel’s number 1 super star , the point everyone agrees about in this property and that’s Mr Khaled at the front desk / reception, I don’t think there is anything left to me said after all the other reviews left by others except that he is hands down the best staff I’ve dealt with in all my years and stays in the many hotels I’ve been to all over the world. You just leave with a smile on your face once you’re done talking to him, he simply makes everything seem effortless and simple. This was an overall great experience and we will definitely be back just to live the great experience again.

The Hotel and restaurant staff are perfect. The location of the Hotel is in a good place. The hotel has 4 different restaurants.

Considering that the hotel is new, the rooms and bathrooms are quite poorly made. Basement B3 where the gym and swimming pool are located looks like a construction site. The men's sauna is not working, the spa is not working.

I had a very comfortable stay. No noise, very quiet and pleasant. Staff were very friendly and ready to help at all times. Ahmad and Khalid provided me with excellent service and assistance throughout my stay. Overall, my stay was excellent. Hope they keep it up!

The shower water temperature was quite difficult to adjust. The sink could have been cleaner.

We had a great experience with the friendly and attentive service. As we were traveling with children, the hotel offered us connecting rooms, each with a spacious bathroom. The rooms were large and very comfortable. We also had lunch at the hotel, and everything was excellent—I highly recommend it!

The location is very convenient for getting around easily by car in Doha. The staff is very helpful.

The smell of cigarettes was in the room, and I contacted the reception to change the room, but there was no alternative available. I appreciate their attempt to mask the smell by spraying air fresheners, but the smell of cigarettes is hard to eliminate

We had a lovely stay there - The hotel has a pleasant atmosphere and attentive service - staff is really great and will look after you very well. The facilities are really nice, we enjoyed both the outdoor and indoor swimming pool which were very quiet as we went to Qatar during Ramadan and generally very clean. The room was pretty big (Superior King Room) and everything including AC was working well. Location is okay - easy to get to with the underground lines (15/20mns walk from the hotel). We ended up getting food delivered to our room using Grab as this was the main option during Ramadan - easy option for people that are not fasting. Mitesh looked after us during our stay - he was extremely friendly and helped us with anything we needed - A great guy! We would definitely come back if we're in Doha in the future.

We stayed during Ramadan so food and drink options are very limited as you can only get room service during fasting hours (but that's totally understandable due to local customs). Restaurants open in the evening and you can then get anything you want from their menu. There was a noise coming from outside the room as our room was on the 4th floor but above a generator that was sitting outside (I assume for all the AC units). The noise was not extremely loud but it was constant - I slept very well but my partner had to use earplugs because of the noise so something to be mindful of if you're a light sleeper. I am sure they can move you to another room if you ask and if there is availability.

It was a good hotel, the staff were exceptional, especially the administration guy who greeted us on the first day. Even though it was 6:00 in the morning, he greeted us with a smile and gave us a detailed introduction to the hotel, as well as valuable information on how we could organize our stay in Doha. In general, all the staff were friendly.The hotel rooms were spacious, very clean, it was nice to use the pool, I would gladly recommend using this hotel, your stay in fabulous Doha will be even more enjoyable. I will visit wonderful Doha again, and I will use this hotel again.

The hotel is new operating for 2 months only, and has wide rooms clean and neat. The staff is friendly always smiling, especially the receptionist Mr. Khaled who was very helpful. The breakfast was excellent in the lebanese restaurant, location is in the middle of the city. I will definitely stay there on my next visit.

Everything was great, only the belows were very soft I prefer the hard ones.

The hotel is close to the airport and attractions. The room was big enough and clean. And the welcome message was heart warming. I felt very safe as a female solo traveler

The room was spacious, and the bathroom was very clean and tidy. Shower and bathtub available. 1 day I had kept "do not disturb" so they put a card under the door that they were coming but when they noticed that I kept do not disturb sign they did not come to clean so I respect that. I had every thing needed in the room. Ironing board and the iron + slippers + prayer mat + availability of sockets and even USB ports. The price was a gain. The staff were very nice and helpful. The location was good and near most important places as it was directly next to the main road where we can reach many places within 15-20 minutes. Free valley parking also and they were bringing the car within 1-2 minutes maximum
