I stayed at Al Mansur Suites Hotel in Qatar for 9 days and honestly, every single day was wonderful. From the moment I checked in until the very last goodbye, I felt not like a guest, but like a member of a family. Special thanks to the housekeeping team especially JOVEL and HERSHEY from the Philippines. They were so kind, warm-hearted, and genuinely caring. Saying goodbye to them felt like leaving my own family behind. I will truly miss them and hope to return just to see their smiling faces again. And a huge shoutout to MESUD, the bellman from Bangladesh. He helped me with my luggage not once, but three times carefully placing everything in my car with so much effort and kindness. I appreciated every moment of his help. Every single staff member I encountered was amazing always smiling, always helpful, and incredibly attentive. It really felt like each one was carefully chosen not only for their skills, but for their beautiful energy. I didn’t meet a single person who wasn’t genuinely kind. Even when I called the reception for something, the response was immediate. No delays, no excuses just excellent service from start to finish. I sincerely thank the entire team for making me feel at home. I also want to congratulate the hotel manager for building such a wonderful team. If you’re considering a stay in Qatar, don’t think twice stay at Al Mansur Suites Hotel. You won’t regret it. It’s not just a hotel it’s a place that touches your heart.

I didn't like the 2 lady in reception.. they let me wait long time for check out ... This is like not respect guest

Staff behaviour, we were greeted extremely well upon arrival by the front office, as it was our anniversary, they offered us free upgrade to an executive suite without charge, we had mentioned in our booking regarding our special day and when we entered the room was already decorated with extra amenities provided as complimentary which made our stay even more special, It's a family friendly hotel, we loved the ambience, even though there are certain changes required the staff are still willing to help you with alternate solutions. We will totally recommend. It was an exemplary experience.

the location the facilities the room garden view and the best was Mr Edrian in the reception who knows professionally how to deal with the customers needs

the housekeeping quality really was bad inside the room, I think cleaning supervision has to be reviewed in-order to bring up the hotel rate and the room floor carpet is very dirty where many spots are there!

The room and facilities and staff are kind and polite.

The time of the swimming pool was 6am-6pm before when we checked in until 10pm. the swimming pool. we still wanted to go swimming so we checked in and then we could only go swimming until 6pm.. 9pm We checked in because we had just left work when we got to the reception they said the room I had booked on Booking.Com was no longer available so I paid an additional 50 Riyal because we were given a different room rate.. 129 only the booking.com one when we arrived at the reception is 180.. it's disappointing if we don't have enough or just the right amount of money how can we avail a room???

Everything good, reception, house keeping, restaurant, swimming pool and security all staff very good. Recommended for family stay.

Swimming pool closing 9:00 pm should be better if extended till 11:00 pm

Love it . In checking-in I got treated perfectly by “jen” & her colleagues on the reception. She upgraded me and gave me the expected to a regular customer from the greeting to the check-out time by here and all the staff there

Had an issue with one staff in checking-out. It may be a misunderstanding tho no one should say a comment as “you better check your money next time” or “you know you can pay by card not cash”

I love our spacious room and the garden view from our room. The pool had warm water and very clean.

I expected housekeeping to have kept extra towels and so in the room so we didn’t have to call for each item. Kinda hoped they fixed their jacuzzi as it was not working. I didn’t find sauna or steam room either. No pool towels either we were dripping our way back to the room. The room was not soundproof so we can hear if someone is outside our door and talking or passing by which was annoying.

Room space was very good about 40 meter Receptionists are so cooperative and helpful specially the Kenyan girl House keeper and room service were so helpful and polite Parking lot is good Swimming pool is big

There was annoying bad smell in the bathroom Little bit overpriced

The hotel is very clean starting from entrance (reception) it's extremely amazing the way it's arranged professionally,the staffs are very friendly,the Fo 2 ladies they are very kind and honest,2 laggage boys every helpful, rooms attendant very cooperative when it's comes for request,they do deliver very fast ,

Actually it's not l didn't like it, because it was self explanatory,lt took some time to get our room ready,but we were prepared in mind earlier with the 2 reception ladies that the hotel was busy and rooms was back to back that's was the reason and to be honest the answer was genuine, because we witnessed that.
