Too much dely for check in around 1 hours

Yesterday marked my fourth stay, and once again, I was thoroughly impressed by the overall experience. The team continues to demonstrate exceptional hospitality every staff member I encountered was not only friendly but also highly professional and attentive to guests’ needs. The service remains outstanding, with smooth check-in, quick assistance, and a genuine effort to make guests feel at home. A special mention goes to the swimming pool area, which is always clean, serene, and perfect for relaxation. I truly appreciate the consistency in quality and look forward to returning again in the future.

one small suggestion I’d like to make is about the room amenities. As a Level 2 member on Booking.com, I was hoping a basic item like a toothbrush would be included in the room. It’s a minor detail, but adding that would definitely enhance the guest experience.

The hotel was exceptionally good. The room was very spacious and spotless, it was cleaned every day and it was as spotless as you find it when you first check-in. The staff was super friendly, from the reception to housekeeping to the restaurant…they made my stay more pleasant! I highly recommend both the hotel and the restaurant because the food was super delicious and you can also order from your room.

I didn’t quite like the neighbourhood where the hotel is located although it was safe, even for a solo female traveller, but that’s just my opinion.

The staff upon check in the engineering team helped me with the AC , housekeeping team, Coffe shop team upon check in at the evening.

coffee shop in the morning the staff needed to improve their service I tried to order I called from the room with no answer for 20min I went down to the chef there He was unprofessional, which led me to order from outside the hotel, some staff they need to understand it's a 4 stars hotel and it's a hotel need to smile to be approachable it's not a cafeteria,or a bakala in the end the owner whom affected by not improving the service by losing the business.

Awesome bed and pillows. Very good blinds & AC making the room dark and cool at night. We slept really well. Big nice tidy room with all necessities like water, fridge, soaps desk etc

Smell from restaurant in the corridor/stairs. Strong fragrance from fragrance machine in the corridor. We prefer odour free spaces. Toilet flusher unhygienic /bad as water flow was so strong so water came out of the wc when flushing. Even when lid was closed. Felt not fresh at all. The wifi quality was really poor and disconnecting many times. Because of that we had to work from the hotel we had to buy our own data plan.

Everything here is exceptional. Very clean room and toilet (the cleanest ever). Very comfortable bed and sofa. Sofa looks new. The bed is very clean (no hair, nothing). There is coffee and heater. They also give water every day. Shampoo and towels are provided. There is extra bed in the living room. I might not be able to explain every thing. But me and my wife loved the hotel and we really enjoyed the stay. Many restaurants and markets are around the hotel. I am sure you will not regret coming here.

Check out is very strict. They said we must check out by 12:00 PM and no extra time given. The parking some times not easy to find. They have their own parking, but honestly I don't like the underground parking.

We requested for late checkout upon check-in and they aggreed to give us until 2:00 pm. The next day hk person knocked the door very loudly. He entered to the room before we open the door. He gave us only 10 mins to get out of the room which was very bad. We tried to explain to him that they agreed until 2.00 pm but the guy who spoke to my husband was very rude. We usually stay in this hotel and that was not our first stay. We never expected something like this from this hotel!! Much disappointed about the customer service!! This happened only because lack of communication between staffs!

It was very new and clean with modern rooms. The price was exceptional for what you get. Beautiful lobby, good supermarket nearby with ATM machines. The service in Doha is fantastic even at 3star hotels if you find a good one. The staff is very friendly and well-trained. I’d even say it’s more a 4star hotel than 3 star

There is still construction going on and a lot of the facilities are not working. The toilet flush had some issue- water came out while flushing and the water temperature in the shower took long to adjust. However, for the prize I paid, I really don’t want to complain as it’s hard in other countries to find anything as good as this for a low rate. T He location is a bit strange, not very central

Staff are all cooperative I liked their welcoming smile and care to serve well. The rooms are spacious and modern. Quite area but close to all needs. We used tolabat to order food. They don't serve breakfast but the building attached to the hotel have a cafeteria which is open 24 hours with very good prices. Parking is good either inside the building or outside. Close supermarket and shops as well. Thanks to Vidushi and all the reception staff for the profisional service.

No coffee shops or restaurants but it should be opened shortly as the hotel is totally new. The swimming pool should be opened soon as well as per what they told us.

The location was good, you can reach anywhere in Doha by taxi or UBER in 15-20 min, there are so many facilities arround that hotel ( Supermarket, Restaurant Etc), Rooms are comfoetable, Clean and Nice... Staffs were so kind...

This Hotel need to improve sth according to my observation; 1) When ı arriverd to my room there was no Towel in the bathroom! They have delivered that towels before ı check out even though ı have requested that earlier! 2) The Room Telephone was not working so i did not reach the reception that there was not phone number list next to the phone!!! For example how would ı know the reception number if ı need something!!! 3) The last thing that during the night ı have stayed, Hotel fire alarm have been activated that's why ı had to wake up a few times so its better to check that system for your hotel guest comfort!!! I do my respect to all of your staffs, these all are simple things that you handle it easily... Other things are so good, Thanks!!!!
