We were pleasantly surprised to see significant improvements during our recent visit to Adagio Doha, after a disappointing stay last summer. Everything ran smoothly this time, and we felt genuinely welcomed throughout our stay. The kindness and willingness of the employees to adjust to our needs were remarkable. The team (front desk, cleaning, restaurant, swimming pool) deserves special praise for their professionalism and attentiveness. Although the kitchen in the apartment is still not fully equipped, which might be inconvenient for guests planning to cook, we opted for room service instead. The food delivered from the hotel restaurant was good, especially the continental and subcontinental options, which were very tasty. However, we do not recommend the Arabic dishes. Regarding desserts, both the umm ali and the berry cheesecake fell short of expectations. Breakfast maintains a consistent quality, which we appreciated. However, it would benefit from some rotation of the dishes, as having almost the same options every day can become monotonous for guests staying longer, like us. Overall, we were happy with our stay and pleased to see that the service and coordination have been greatly enhanced since our last visit. We now feel comfortable recommending Adagio again.

Our suggestions for improvement are listed below: 1) In apartments, add a coffee-making machine and soap for the dishes (this would align with other hotels in the region that rent apartments) 2) the arabic dishes offered need an arabic touch (maybe some training would easily solve this point) 3) allow the trolley with luggages to go to the parking levels to load the cars away from the hot weather (better for clients and employees)

I had a wonderful experience during my 6-day stay at Adagio Doha, which truly felt like a second home. One of the highlights of my visit was the exceptional service provided by the housekeeping staff, especially a member named Lwin. He was always available to assist me with any housekeeping needs, ensuring that my room was comfortable and well cared for. His attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile made my stay even more enjoyable. I am incredibly grateful for his help throughout my time there. Everything about the hotel met all my expectations. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Faine and Kelvin at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping staff, especially Saurov and Jahirul, were very efficient and helpful too. The restaurant staff at Charlie's Corner were very nice, especially Anas. The apartment itself was very spacious and very clean. It had 2 toilets and a shower cubicle, and the kitchen was very well equipped with everything, even a potato peeler! The WiFi was fast and always available. The location was also easily accessible. Uber taxis are readily available within 1 minute of request and quite cheap comparatively. The apartment is great value for money. We enjoyed every day of our stay here. Thank you.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Adagio Doha, and I must say that my experience was fantastic thanks to the exceptional service provided by two staff members, Humphrey and Fayyaz. I arrived quite late, and despite the late hour, both Humphrey and Fayyaz were incredibly welcoming, helpful, and kind. Their warm and attentive service immediately made me feel at ease after a long journey. They went above and beyond to ensure my check-in was smooth and that I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast options were also a highlight of my stay. The variety of choices was great, and everything was delicious and nutritious, setting the perfect tone for the day ahead. I also had the opportunity to enjoy the pool and gym, which were both top-notch. The facilities were well-maintained and made for a truly relaxing experience. I look forward to returning and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Doha.

We were staying there in total for 3 weeks. We were amazed that hotel have that enormous variety of breakfast options. Everything was delicious and options are endless. I would like to apologise if I've missed any member of staff but that team is brilliant, always very helpful, you can see that they are passionate about what they're doing. I definitely will be delighted to back. Hotel have swimming pool and spacious gym. Carlos and his coworker are there for help you at anytime between 7 till I think 6-7 in evening. Our room was very comfortable and I would like to take this opportunity to thank you housekeeping for being so helpful. You doing a great job. I would like to mention our housekeeper room 342 but I forgot his name. You make our stay memorable. Thank you. - location - new hotel (2 years old) - studio room looks like an apartment 👍 Wonderful - breakfast quality and variety (very good) - swimming pool view and sun angle, prefect for tanning

- communication between front desk and restaurant is good, however it needs improvement - the way how to deal with issued of hotel customer requires more attention, hospitality and reward consideration; example: “sorry for what had happened, we would like to make sure your experience with our hotel is outstanding, therefore we offer you; a discount, or upgrading, or voucher …etc.” something that pull out hotel customer from negative or unwanted experience.

The whole experience, from check-in to check-out, was seamless and pleasant. The staff were always friendly and attentive. From Front Desk to Housekeeping. The facilities were well maintained and clean at all times. The location was perfectly suited to our needs - easy walking distance to the Metro system, close to the venue where we had to participate in a sport event as well as shopping facilities for basic essentials.

There was nothing that we found not to our liking.

The rooms were immaculate,very comfortable, and always had a nice smell. Everything was provided really fast.We also loved the convenient location close to major attractions. Housekeeping was great, reception friendly, nice pool. The guys who helped with luggage were also stellar. The best stay we have had in a long time. Best metro system outside of Japan. Far more advanced here than USA cities somehow. Stay here and visit Doha, I recommend it. Free Palestine!!!
