Everything about the hotel met all my expectations. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Faine and Kelvin at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping staff, especially Saurov and Jahirul, were very efficient and helpful too. The restaurant staff at Charlie's Corner were very nice, especially Anas. The apartment itself was very spacious and very clean. It had 2 toilets and a shower cubicle, and the kitchen was very well equipped with everything, even a potato peeler! The WiFi was fast and always available. The location was also easily accessible. Uber taxis are readily available within 1 minute of request and quite cheap comparatively. The apartment is great value for money. We enjoyed every day of our stay here. Thank you.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Adagio Doha, and I must say that my experience was fantastic thanks to the exceptional service provided by two staff members, Humphrey and Fayyaz. I arrived quite late, and despite the late hour, both Humphrey and Fayyaz were incredibly welcoming, helpful, and kind. Their warm and attentive service immediately made me feel at ease after a long journey. They went above and beyond to ensure my check-in was smooth and that I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast options were also a highlight of my stay. The variety of choices was great, and everything was delicious and nutritious, setting the perfect tone for the day ahead. I also had the opportunity to enjoy the pool and gym, which were both top-notch. The facilities were well-maintained and made for a truly relaxing experience. I look forward to returning and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Doha.

We were staying there in total for 3 weeks. We were amazed that hotel have that enormous variety of breakfast options. Everything was delicious and options are endless. I would like to apologise if I've missed any member of staff but that team is brilliant, always very helpful, you can see that they are passionate about what they're doing. I definitely will be delighted to back. Hotel have swimming pool and spacious gym. Carlos and his coworker are there for help you at anytime between 7 till I think 6-7 in evening. Our room was very comfortable and I would like to take this opportunity to thank you housekeeping for being so helpful. You doing a great job. I would like to mention our housekeeper room 342 but I forgot his name. You make our stay memorable. Thank you. - location - new hotel (2 years old) - studio room looks like an apartment 👍 Wonderful - breakfast quality and variety (very good) - swimming pool view and sun angle, prefect for tanning

- communication between front desk and restaurant is good, however it needs improvement - the way how to deal with issued of hotel customer requires more attention, hospitality and reward consideration; example: “sorry for what had happened, we would like to make sure your experience with our hotel is outstanding, therefore we offer you; a discount, or upgrading, or voucher …etc.” something that pull out hotel customer from negative or unwanted experience.

The whole experience, from check-in to check-out, was seamless and pleasant. The staff were always friendly and attentive. From Front Desk to Housekeeping. The facilities were well maintained and clean at all times. The location was perfectly suited to our needs - easy walking distance to the Metro system, close to the venue where we had to participate in a sport event as well as shopping facilities for basic essentials.

There was nothing that we found not to our liking.

The rooms were immaculate,very comfortable, and always had a nice smell. Everything was provided really fast.We also loved the convenient location close to major attractions. We can’ymt wait to come back ! I highly recommend this hotel

What an amazing team of people behind making your stay at Adagio as comfortable and pleasant as possible. Excellent communication by the hotel team before we arrived, then upon arrival check in was managed so swiftly. Our two bed apartment was comfortable and it was great to have two en-suites and an additional toilet too. The kitchen was really handy although we did have to request a toaster and some more plates etc to make it fully functional. The hotel provided what they were able to find. Our room was right by the swimming pool on the 1st floor so this was super handy. The pool staff were so so friendly and accommodating. The pool was too deep (1.5m all across) and so we were initially worried about the kids, however the hotel provided floats and rings to keep the kids safe. The pool became a daily pleasurable experience. They also had a 24 hour gym that was well equip. The location was pretty central and the taxis were fairly cheap to get around. Overall Doha was a pleasant stay if you are after a slower placed, quieter holiday.

In terms of improvements, the kitchen can be better kitted and also the cleaning team needed a lot of prompting to clean to standard while we were in the room. Also, maybe providing more sun loungers as sometimes there was a wait to get one.

We had the 2 bed apartment. It's not luxury but minimal and functional and It was spacious enough for a family of 4. Could have accommodated more. It was clean and would be cleaned daily if needed with water bottles provided free. The beds are huge! Service was fantastic - had some minor niggles which the staff went out their way to address quickly. The omelette breakfast was fab on dine in and Jimmy's Kitchen downstairs was also decent. Would absolutely love to stay again. The local area had a few hotels and there's a large petrol pump area with some food options at a 5 minutes walk. From reception to pool staff - a big thanks!

We like the amenities, it's like almost everything you need is there from the utensils, cookwares you may use for cooking, etc., and they provide lots of towels with different sizes unlike other hotels i've been were there are only 2, short and long one. Only downside is the TV. The rest is great.

I like all the ammenities except the television. It's almost as useless for us non arabics. It was smart TV but youtube is not even working and is not connected to the internet. And all the channels were mostly arabic like 90% of them, and the rest were random european ones. ALMOST NO ENGLISH CHANNELS.
