like the facilities. the staff except one guy who stares too much. this is a muslim country they should respect people by not staring, but everything was excellent.

Location is great, quiet, perfect for sleep. Staff all are friendly, dont have t worry if you need help. Bed and room is so comfort, perfect for staycation.

This is actually happened in most of the hotel, there is smart tv in the room but only can be used for tv channel. It is useless in my case. Nowadays we prefer to have netflix or youtube apps installed rather than tv channel that most of them are in/dubbed to local language. It will give more value for the non-local guest.

The hotel is in an ideal location, which is in close proximity to many attractions. The room was spacious and clean with beautiful decors. The staff were also quite helpful and courteous. I was pleased they allowed me to do a late checkout.

I didn't like the fact that breakfast was not part of the package.

The room was spacious, enough for the kids to play around, staff were friendly and the room was fairly clean. Bed was big enough to fit two adults and 2 smaller kids.

The Tv didn't work you couldn't watch anything, the carpet wasn't completely clean it was dusty underneath the furniture, so I wasn't really comfortable for the kids to lie around on the floor just not sure how often they vacuum it. Just little things like complimentary coffee pods, room only had 1 when surely they knew there was more than 1 adult staying in the room. Also not enough towels, these are little things but we had to call and ask for them and they didn't arrive quickly.

Everything was good although we stayed there only for one night we had a good experience. There was a lady in reservation who was super friendly and other guy helped us to choose best room!

Cleanliness was good except some of the common areas, like bathroom and coffee table.

Very high quality finishing building and fancy furniture, value the price.

There is a room to improve the quality of the reception stuff morning, afternoon and night shift All needed proper training, however they are good people.

There was a lot to like at Zubarah: nice people at the reception, easy parking, clean and tidy room, comfortable bed, good shower and very quiet at night.

The direct area isn't very exciting. But it's a short drive to the souq and other tourist attractions (not that I had time to visit any of those).

The hotel is right at the road side, easy to locate, close to the supermarket. Breakfast was good, except it was not included in my room fees. Otherwise, it was a very nice place

I was told breakfast was included in the room and board fees. After I checked in and paid, they told me no breakfast included. The TV did not work, I called them, they fixed but 30 minutes it went off again.
