I booked an apartment for six people and I got what I asked for, we were celebrating a friend's birthday and the whole apartment just blended with our theme. Whatever we requested we were given and within a reasonable time.

It is not something I do not like, however, I wish before check-in time, we could be called and reminded of the deposit and how they expect it in terms of monetary value especially if the amount exceeds QAR400. Even though it may be on the website people may miss it or forget it.

I saw cleanliness of the Villa which we used, and all are organized well. If I have an occasion again, I will book it again soon.

nothing to worry about, just a little bit strict for the rules and policies, but I understand the situation, it might be for the good for everyone.

Extremely clean hotel, staff very friendly and helpful, daily room service was excellent, fully functioning kitchen which was needed for us with 2 small children. Apartment very spacious and modern, showers were excellent with very high water pressure. Breakfast was good, varied and fresh. Pool was clean and well maintained. WiFi very strong throughout the hotel. Location was excellent and very central to main local attractiobs, as well public transport. Again all staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout, we'd definitely return here.

Having a microwave in the kitchen would have been useful, but it's not a huge issue and we managed ok without one

Everything was awesome. Personal was very kind and helpful. At the beginning we were shocked that they didn’t have a free room with double bed but lady at the reception offered to take care of it and in 20minutes they brought a special mattress and put it on the top. It felt incredibly comfortable like it was always meant to be double and not to single next to each other. Breakfasts were really tasty with big choises. Parking in the garages was free. They also had very nice gym, pool, shop and many restaurants in the complex too.

The tv in our room kept switching itself off and it took a number of phone calls and complaints before issue was resolved. The cleaning staff would only give one small bottle of hair conditioner we were two ladies with long hair and needed extra. There was building/maintenance going on in the floor above who work us up about 6am - 7am every morning and this continued into the night. Luckily we were out most days but it’s not something we needed after a long day of touring. This continued for the duration of our trip..banging, drilling.. not restful at all for us. During our stay there was a Saudi delegation due to holidays which meant we weren’t comfortable using all the facilities available such as the pool as we wanted to be respectful of the culture and customs.

My first visit to Doha with my family of 12 for 8 days has been a memorable one, especially with our stay at the Holiday Hotel residence. We enjoyed both the facilities of the apartment and the Hotel. Starting from our checking with Joshua, Samuel, Mohammed and Herrieta. A massive thank you to the above-mentioned staff for their attention to detail and hospitality. I will not forget the housekeeping staff Mr Raslal for making sure the room is clean 👌 every day. The breakfast selection was also great every day. Definitely will be staying at the Hotel on my next visit to Doha.

The staff are really cheerful, friendly and helpful. At arrival I checked in before 3 pm by KAY , she was very professional and helpful. When I checked out at 11:30 am , KAY again informed me that I can stay till 2 pm . Thank you KAY. The play zone for kids was great . Good breakfast. Parking was excellent.

The swimming pool is relatively small to accommodate all the large number of the guests. There was bad smell in the parking, I think it is due to food disposal by the guests.

I arrived circa 10AM, straight from an overnight flight, and was able to check into my room within an hour or so, well before the usual check-in time. Taxi from the airport cost circa 50 QAR (though the ride back was less than 20 QAR, so they do rip you off from the airport!). Staff are very good and do their best to help. Luggage assistance was provided to my room. You can easily book a taxi or trip from the concierge service. The room was large and gave a good view of Doha. The hotel was quiet, with no noise from adjacent rooms. I used the Japanese/Chinese restaurant on site (D'Chopstix) served good, reasonably priced food (the Japanese food was very good value) and I ate at the restaurant twice. The Lagenda restaurant also served good food and I ate dinner there, along with breakfast (good options for breakfast). Though the Lagenda is labelled as having Malaysian food, I found it to be basic on that front and would recommend D'Chopstix, instead. There is a cheap Filipono food place just outside, too, which serves good fare. There are further food options within easy distance (incl. Nando's), however I was happy with the onsite restaurants. There is a fitness centre and pool on-site, however, I used neither. There is a very nice park just across the road, Al Muntazah Park, which is great for walking or exercising (there is a rubberised running track around it). There are also a lot of food stands where you can grab cheap food and drinks (e.g. 9 QAR for a decent chapati). The Al Mansoura metro station is a 1700m walk from the hotel and easy to get to for easy travel via the metro. However, if you are planning on using this a lot, you may want accommodation much closer to a metro station. All-in-all, I found this hotel a good option with a superb room for the price. You might want to stay a bit closer to the main city area if strictly a tourist, however, this is a great option a little further away.

There wasn't much to quibble about as the hotel offered great value for the price (I'd rate it a 4-star). One thing I would have liked was a vending machine within the hotel for quick snacks, however, there is a 24/7 mini-convenience store just outside the hotel entrance (though it is a bit hard to find without actually knowing it is there - could do with better signposting!). The other thing to note is that the swimming pool both isn't that large and is on the ground-floor, surrounded by the hotel, which means it does not get much sun - I had chosen this hotel largely on the pool as I was planning to spend a couple of days lounging, so had to change my plans and did not end up using the pool in the end.

Fantastic Stay – Amazing Service from Harriet! I had a wonderful stay at the hotel , The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. A special shoutout to Harriet at reception—she was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful, making my experience even better. Her exceptional service truly stood out! I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The suite rooms sizes were good and having three toilets helped. Staff were veru]y friendly and always helped when needed especially the room service team.

The WiFi speed could be improved both in the room and the hotel lobey areas. The breakfast also got a bit chaotic at times and due to the volume of people the staff were unsure on the plan, meaning we were sent to another restaurant that was also closed.
