Great experience at Palm Inn Hotel.The staff were very polite and cooperative, making our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel's location is (Muntaza, near Mansoora) fantastic, especially with a big park nearby. The breakfast was fast and amazing! Overall, the location is superb and I'd definitely recommend this hotel. The management team was incredibly cooperative. I had initially booked for 8 days, but when I needed to extend my stay by an additional day, they were very accommodating and offered a great price. They even gave me a complimentary upgrade! Their flexibility and customer-centric approach truly made my stay memorable. Highly recommended! daily refilling the drinking water and Panty items,toiletries etc, it's good and recommendable.

Swimming pool length and depth is not recommendable. Because children purposes not good

The staffs were courteous, and the location was highly convenient. The room was clean, and the bed was reasonably comfortable. Additionally, the swimming pool was exceptional.

I had a few concerns about my stay. The room floor was very slippery, especially when a small amount of water fell on it after taking a shower, which made me feel unsafe. And As a Level 2 member on Booking.com, I expected better room amenities, but they were quite basic, even lacking a hair dryer. There were only two small coffee sachets, which wasn’t enough for someone who uses coffee as a morning routine. Additionally, there was no hotel magazine or information booklet in the room, which would have been helpful in understanding the hotel services and nearby attractions. Despite these issues, I appreciated the quiet environment and friendly service. With a few improvements, this hotel could be a top choice, and I would consider staying again.

The staff in.particular the ladies on the desk and Roger who was very helpful and personable. I am surprised he is only employed in a security position. He is very much management potential all your guests can see it. He made our stay very pleasant and provided excellent suggestions and advice.

Room cleaning in the middle of the night outside our room. Banging doors etc. not considerate of guests. And not having a door or curtain on the shower which led to water all over the floor which left it very slippery and every chance of an accident. Why would you hire out a room like this?

I really enjoyed my stay at the Palm Inn Hotel. For some people this might not be a fancy hotel. For me, it was just right. The location was great for downtown activities, the staff are amazing and helpful, the room is well equipped, the ambiance in the hotel is overall very nice. I appreciate the front desk team and the security team who helped with my luggage. My booking did not include breakfast, so I can't provide a review on meals. Thanks, Palm Inn for a short enjoyable stay.

I loved the fact that the Hotel was getting in touch with me till my arrival and I was welcomed well. I was also upgraded to a room with a view and when asked if there was any extra services they could provide I told them I needed a microwave and it was given to me. Also a friend had to sysy past the stipulated visitor's time and when I told them, they didn't make a fuss out of it. Cleaning was done everyday and the staff were extra nice to me. Overall I would give it an 8 over 10 and recommend it to anyone having a stay over at Doha. Lest I forget the great Internet service and smart TV at my disposal

I didn't like that they weren't accepting lower denomination bills apart from 100 dollars although they gave a reason as to how it's not their fault. I do think meals should be included in the hotel packages and be added to be aforementioned bills. Maybe breakfast shouldn't be an option but instead compulsorily added. I hope the next time I visit, the swimming pool and second elevator works as I was told a part of the hotel is under reservation. Great receptionist and wonderful manager nevertheless. Lastly the mini fridge in the rooms does not get cold or chilled and need to be looked in to.

I like the size of the bed and neatness of the rooms

I did not like the laudary part because they are very expensive and outsource from outside . They were supoose to provide bed and breakfast in the packages but they don't have They were suppose to sell luch and dinner despite having big dining space they force client to travel outside for food

The staff was very friendly and polite. We were tired from a night trip from the airport, the internet was not working, and we couldn't pay for our reservation. The staff met us, checked us in, and accepted cash payments. The breakfast was delicious. The room was very comfortable for a family with a child, with a double bed and a single bed. The room was large and spacious. The view from the window was beautiful.

Very clean hotel. Provide water bottles every day. Clean the room daily. Very Friendly staff. Nice views from the roof. Park & shops nearby.

The fact that they don't provide breakfast on the premises & need to order it from elsewhere. It would further improve the hotel if they offered breakfast on the premises freshly made like most other hotels. If I knew initially that the breakfast they provide is ordered from somewhere else & not made freshly on the premises then I probably would not have chosen this hotel. I will check this next time I book a hotel in the future.

Despite the availability of more budget-friendly options nearer to the airport, I can confidently say that I was not let down. The hotel surpassed my expectations in every aspect. All the amenities and services were precisely as described, and what made my stay even more pleasant was the fact that I didn't need to make any requests at the front desk throughout my stay. The rooms were impeccably cleaned daily, and the provided amenities were top-notch. I particularly appreciated the clever door hanger with the "clean my room" sign, which was a simple yet effective idea. If I have the opportunity to visit Qatar again, I will definitely choose to stay in this hotel once more.
