Its very clean and quiet, i was not expecting that the room will be good as the picture are not reflecting the real thing.. overall we were really happy

I stayed at Al Liwan Suites Rawdat Al Khail last March with my mom and kids, and once again, it was a wonderful experience. This was actually our third time staying here, and it’s always our top choice whenever my family visits Doha—we’ll definitely keep coming back. The place is very family-friendly and perfect for both short and long stays. We had a two-bedroom apartment that was spacious, clean, and comfortable—just right for a family. The location is super convenient, within walking distance to Rawdat Al Khail Park and Al Meera supermarket, which made outings and grocery runs easy. The staff were very helpful and kind. I especially want to thank the lady at the reception (I wish I remembered her name!) who generously gave us a late check-out until 3 PM so my mom and kids could relax while I went to my apartment to get ready for my shift. It made things so much easier. Housekeeping was also on point—they would check daily if we wanted the room cleaned, which I appreciated. And though we didn’t get much chance to use it, the pool is a great bonus, especially for families with kids. Overall, I highly recommend Al Liwan Suites for anyone looking for a comfortable, family-friendly place in Doha. It truly feels like a home away from home.

I found the apartment itself fantastic value for money. The rooms were very large in comparison to most, the temperature was perfect and even though the beds are very firm, I slept very well, surprisingly haha, as I love a softer bed. The bathrooms were very well appointed, however, the bath is not jetted, so that should be amended, and it is rather narrow and shallow, but I still managed to fall asleep in it as I was knackered. The security guards are lovely, very smiley and friendly, the lady behind the counter is effective, not a particularly smiley person, but hey, the guards made up for that. She gave me a room on the 2nd floor and I asked if I could have a higher room, and she immediately gave me a 2 bedroomed apartment on the top floor. I also needed an Uber for 4am and this was sorted too. As for the location, well, I got a bug on the plane so didn't go out so have no idea what's out there. My son went out to find food but had no luck..best advice? Maybe book in Doha outside of Ramadan! Was a 2 night layover enroute to Russia , and I am very satisfied with this place 10/10 oh, the pool has to be the warmest pool I've ever dipped my big toe in, would have loved to have gone for a swim, but as I'm going to Russia in winter, well, a swimsuit was def not in my must pack list alas..

The staff is very pleasant and accommodating. I had low expectations before booking, but their attitude and service exceeded them.

There are parking problems in front of the hotel, as the first-time guests are confused about where to park their vehicles with no hotel staff present in the area. Guests are resorting to parking on the roadside. Additionally, if the flight departure is one hour after the standard checkout time, an extra hour can be considered for a fee. However, there was no extra time given for check-out extension which is a concern, not a complaint. Adjusting this policy slightly would make future stays easier.

Just about everything From the check in process to the helpful staff working, always with a smile. To having Arabic coffee with Dates in the lobby, also very clean and immaculately maintained property, no nuisance or loud noises through out the property. Situated in an older but mostly residential area there were a lot of restaurants, grocery and cafe around. Only suggestions is to upgrade the TV in the rooms and have one bathroom with a walk in shower rather then both having bathtubs.

Absolutely nothing to think of

Everything is perfect it seems like we are staying at home wow it's amazing we are so happy. The staff are awesome especially the Philippines lady at the receptionist She helped us during the stay and also the housekeeping staff are awesome they are doing a great job I forget their name but they are both from Nepal 1 guy and 1 girl. The swimming pool was small but it was nice. location It was so clean Once again thank you very much you guys make me happy also you guys are make my family happy ☺️

This was the third time to stay at this apartment. The same experience every time and the same quality. the bed and pillows were super comfortable. TV worked well with good channels. Coffee station was a nice touch. Bathroom was a good size, the shower had decent water pressure. Hotel Staff were friendly, helpful and catered to our needs in every way. They also offered Arabic coffee in the lobby. Thank you Al Liwan Suites Rawdat Al Khail.

Location of the property and rooms were quite big and most important the staff… the female receptionist( writing this review after almost a month so forget her name) and the day time asian security gaurd were amazing.

Only the parking but its almost the same in most hotels, i was driving a low muscle car, so was not able to park in the basement but outside the hotel there was enough space
