The staff were great and very welcoming . The receptionist was a young lady who was very helpful and cheerful :) Also the team who cleaned our room every day came round twice and were always asking if we needed anything. All around the place was clean , specious and excellent for a family to stay , all items including kitchen equipment was clean and working. Finding a Uber was easy and it was in the heart of town.

The TV remote was not working , and i was not able to play my Netflix on the TV

The overall experience was good, the option of two bedrooms apartment is very suitable for families with kids which gives plenty of space. the wifi connection is fast and reliable. the kitchen is fully equipted, bathrooms are clean and neat. the hotel has a decent outdoor swimming pool in the roof with kids pool as well as a jaccuzi. plenty of parking spaces in basement levels.

The Kids Play area is very small and limited, we expected a more engaging one having the fact the hotel is relatively new . There is no vallet service. the location is somehow far from city attractions but close to supermarkets and restaurants.

there were 3 days (from 8 to 11) for ladies to use the pool which I think makes it not convenient for men who want to take a morning dip (either make it 1.5hrs or 2 hrs for ladies) or open it for all to enjoy for cleanliness, please make sure your cleaner cleans high surfaces inside the room (example above doors)

This is my third Stay at Somerset, i remember when i first stumbled upon this apartment, it seemed almost too good to be true. There must be a catch! But everything was as perfect as it seemed online. Saikal was most thoughtful and gracious Upon checkin. She provided me with all the information i needed. The flat is just perfect! Kitchen is compact and contains everything one needs. Groceries can be ordered through Talabat or cheaper you can order groceries through a convenient store. The bed is comfortable, bathroom and the pool area are excellent. Location is incredible. Saikal and the rest of the staff had excellent restaurant recommendations and they were of great help. They all went beyond to make my long-weekend comfortable and memorable. Thanks Saikal & the rest of the team for a wonderful weekend! Bruce.

Modern apartment. All things i need to use are already ready in my apartment. Very clean and nice room. Fast room service and all receptionist is professional and we are well informed about the facilities. All the staff are friendly and know how to speak with customers. I like the facilities easy access to restaurant and cafe in the ground floor. Spacious place. Pool and gym is nice too. I feel relax and safe when I'm staying in this hotel. Good job guys.. hope you will stay like this for all customers.This is 5 star hotel for me, professional staff from the security, reception, bellman, spa staff and lifeguard and duty manager. I want to tell my side with the most honet review and without bias. This Hotel is FANTASTIC in any way. why? First- Is because of the staff, were all friendly and so easy to talk to. From receptionists, bellman, housekeepers are all good people and were all professionals. Second- The room, room itself is just exceptional, everything is new and well maintained, From room, kitchen, toilets, living room, you'll fine yourself staying in a room thats been made recently. everything is shiny and clean. Third- Is the room is well equipped with things that you will be needing either you stay short or long, and when i say everything i mean it. From the kitchen equipments, utensils, etc. All in all i would recommend this hotel to everyone. And if i would like to take a hotel again, this is the ONE that i will be staying in again and again.

The whole staff were very friendly and helpful, and there was a coffee shop & Papa John's in the building, which was very convenient.

The cleaning crew could notch it up a little. Overall it was good but there was some dirt and hair in the bathroom. This was not a deal breaker for me since everything else was upto my expectations.

It was clean and convenient and a nice place to stay. Front desk staff were very professional and helpful.

The only minor glitch was a couple of times. I had to ask repeatedly to get my room cleaned because it hadn’t been done. I think it was just a miscommunication, but it was kind of inconvenient one time.
