I would like to extend my thanks to the moroccan front desk agent Mr.Hamza for his excellent service he was very attentive to all our needs and was very helpful at all times with an amazing smile ready to assist us always. I’m so thankful for like this professional and amazing customer service and will definitely be recommending this hotel and coming back.

Yesterday marked my third stay at La Villa Suites. I absolutely love the location peaceful and ideal for relaxation. The room was clean and the entire place offers a calm, quiet atmosphere.

I had a disappointing experience during check-in this time. The receptionist, Morshid, was speaking with his colleagues while processing my check-in. I ended up standing in front of him for over 20–30 minutes, which I found unacceptable, especially with a guest waiting. This kind of service does not reflect well on the otherwise great experience the hotel provides. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, as I do love the place and would like to see improvements in the customer service area.

Big shout-out to Mr. Deepak and one security guy call Martins , my friend left her thing there and they managed to send it back to her with Uber. Even I wonder how they call me to inform me about it that's serious and it makes me feel like I am safe from this property in my next stay . Ones again thanks to *Mr Deepak and Mr Martins*🙏

I had a great experience yesterday. From the moment I checked in, the staff were warm, welcoming, and professional. The room was clean, cozy, and well-furnished, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect quiet but still close to shops, restaurants, and transport options. I also appreciated the fast Wi-Fi and the peaceful atmosphere. I would highly recommend this hotel to others.

Honestly I was always surprised with affordable prices they having in booking.com and its so cheap and wonderful as well but they staff are really nice and friendly as I saw since long time specially thank you 🙏 to mo.Ramjhan who’s been helping me such good service in housekeeping excellent experience feels like having family members in this hotel really helped

Entire stay was good and staff also very kind and helpful.specially I would like to mentioned that, receptionist "ANGEL" was amazing and she know how to satisfied the guest's first impression , giving polite welcome. Check in experience was exceed customer expectation,with warm welcome what was a great hospitality. We stayed room 801 was very comfirtable,tea coffee making facilities wi fi,tv connection with comfortable bed...everything was good..it is actually us value for money...

Water tempereture in washroom,needs to have cold water as well.

I had a booking mistakenly and I visited the receptionist he was helpful and gave reservation supervisor contact and reservation supervisor also was very helpful and supported with knowing the real situation.

I was calling the hotel for like 20 minutes no 1 was responding..

The receptionist they all all good. Mostly the lady, she really loves want she is doing. The place was really organized with tity security. The place was amazing.

In the room room were I was. Needs some repair one cling light 💡..room 506..... But everything was good. And I giv it 5 stars.
