My stay at this hotel was very comfortable. The room was spacious and luxurious with impeccable cleanliness. Everything was provided to ensure our maximum comfort, and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there.

We came from Canada, and we never faced such behavior before. On the last day, however, I was faced with a very rude security guard. The security guard on the morning shift told me to move my car from where I had temporarily kept it as we were checking out and loading our luggage in the car, and I complied. Yet he started yelling at me with a very rude and angry tone. He chased me all the way upstairs to the reception while continuing to regard me in an extremely disrespectful manner, regardless of the fact that I had already moved my car as he desired. He was shouting at me very violently as if he was about to hit me.

The size of room was very good, bed was very comfortable. Provided with all the things we needed, toiletried towel fridge coffee kettle orayer mat etc.

Located abit of a distance from main tourist spots however uber was very cheap to get around. Main roads arent really for walking. Communication between staff could be better as i confirmed four times of my flight arrival time and asked if it was ok to check in earlier than stated times. Despite this being confirmed i was told on arrival they didnt have any spare rooms however 20 25 minutes later they had not one but two spare rooms!

I had a really pleasant stay. One of the biggest advantages was the ample parking available, which helps if you have a car. The rooms themselves were spacious and very comfortable, offering plenty of room to relax. I also appreciated that everything required was provided, from toiletries to fresh towels, making it a truly hassle-free experience. Last but not least, the staff were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to assist with any queries. I would definitely recommend this property

The property has a policy that does not allow female visitors, even for brief periods. This is a significant point to consider when booking, as it may not suit everyone's needs

the room was very large and clean. The buffet breakfast was plentiful and delicious. staff were extremely accommodating. a wonder(ful) place 😉

we arrived at 6:30am local time from after a long flight. the staff allowed us to check in early so we could sleep. We arrived in the month of Ramadan and the staff offered us room service so we could eat and drink. overall great experience and the hotel is lovely.

When I booked your hotel I didn't have any high hopes for it to be this good. It's the little details that impressed me, the parking garage is spotless, the availability of Netflix and we even had enough room for doing computer work without disturbing my other friends who watch their movie, the bathroom is great and clean with everything you'll ever need for personal hygiene, the gym is well equipped and free of charge is the icing on the cake

Unfortunately your hotel has one pool area and at the time there were some women with their children and we didn't want to make them uncomfortable so we didn't use it 😔 Next time we could plan better by swimming early morning

The hotel is nice and comfortable. The family room size is a big hit! It is also clean, which is really important to me. It has a decent gym and pool. However, sometimes it is too hot to use the pool, as there is no shade on the roof top. I think a little shade would be great. The staff are polite and helpful. The breakfast is good, however, I personally feel that there should be a little more variety, especially with cut fruits. This is important if you are going to stay for a number of days, like I did. There is noise you can hear if someone is outside the door. I made the hotel aware of this, and they were very apologetic about this. The location has two nearby metro stations, that you can get to via an approx 15 minute walk. There is a lovely airport view too, from higher floors, if you are a plane enthusiast!

The staff is very professional, helpful and friendly. The service was above our expectation. The room was spacious and clean with comfortable beds. It was very family friendly. We had access to the gym, pool on the roof and sauna. We stayed during Ramadan and had booked breakfast. As we were fasting, the hotel brought early breakfast (suhoor) to the room, which was very thoughtful and convenient.

The room could sometimes get cold during the night (maybe because it was chilly outside), we tried putting the AC on the highest temperature but it didn't help much. This is something that could improve.

Me and my family have best experience in this hotel. Space We stayed in Deluxe Twin Room and the room is really spacious. Importantly everything is clean and in the best working condition. All amenities are available such as slippers, security box, iron, kettle with tea and coffee, big water bottle, prayer mat. Comfortable beds and pillow. Clean bed and sheets. There are many power sockets available for charging Bathroom Again sapcious and clean. All best working condition. No complain. Clean towels and complete toiletries. Location Although it seems the place is near to big parking space with many buses parking but it turned out to be good location since is quite and not crowded. Also no traffic around. Parking There is car park in the basement and the gate response to open very fast, spacious and easy access to elevator. Service Nice service, fast and no complain. Elevators are very good, fast, spacious, and there are three elevators. Swimming Pool My daughter enjoy a lot, with towel available on the premise. It is not big but good and clean. But opening time between 9 AM till 7 PM.
