We stayed here during a long layover. It's nice that the hotel is quite nearby the airport, about a 10 minute drive. The man at the reception arranged a taxi to pick us up at 6AM to catch our flight. Bed were nice, bathroom was clean. Personally really liked the instant coffee that they have. For the other travellers that want to get visa-on-arrival; don't underestimate how long the process takes. When you're on a layover, you get dropped on a far end of the Qatar Airport. It is, no exaggeration, about a 30 min+ walk to the side where the exit is. Don't start to doubt yourself when you walk through long, mostly empty walls, that really is the route. Take the indoor train once you see it.

There isn't really anything nearby, and the surrounding area is mostly concrete.

We litteraly have used the hotel just to sleep for a few hours between our flights and didn't understand much of it, but the sfaff was really nice and helpful and the room was spacious with a comfortable bed.

The staff in room service is really rood don't have proper manner,, i just want to borrow a 1 plate one spoon... he said no its not allowed to borrow anything. Its a man who answer the call. Its very very disappointing i just what to eat my food idont have plate..

Me & my guests have been staying in this hotel for more than 3 years. This time we stayed for 6 days and room was clean, location very good and close to Metro station. Bus stop nearby. Finding taxis, Uber very easy any part of the day. Lot of restaurants close to the hotel. grocery shops for every day needs closeby. Access to airport and any where is Doha thru metro or bus. Wifi & airconditioning has always been good. staff very receptive & cooperative. Whenever called or messaged Supervisor was ready to help us many times on our request at the time of booking.

only thing i did not like was the soft mattress. this is true for most hotels i stayed only offer soft spring loaded mattress. Cant sleep properly as you sink in the bed and get back pain sleeping on it.

Very kind and helpful staff. Nice room. Very close to a metro station. The hotel is a 3-min walk from Umm Chuwailina metro station (red line from Haman Int Airport). You need to leave Umm Chuwailina station through gate 4, and then you will see the hotel on you left. The metro starts at 14:00 on Fridays, and because I had a morning flight I asked the hotel book a taxi to the airport (25 rials). I spent in Doha half a day (6 rials for one-day metro ticket), and the hotel's location close to metro was very convenient. The hotel's swimming pool is nice.

The swimming pool is on the top floor, but is surrounded by rather high walls, so there is no view from the pool over the city (but the pool itself is clean and nice). Wi-Fi dropped out sometimes.

When i go to room im not find any towels in bathroom and late to bring from room service and they bring only one and when I'm asked i need another one he answered sorry all towels in laundry will come after 1 hour then i bring it to you but they not bring another one but it's ok better he bring one I hope from room service ready the room before coustomer arrive to room But for public everything ok Thanks

Very conveniently located close to the airport (I only had a long layover in Qatar) so taxis were reasonably priced. All staff members were very friendly. Nice quiet bar on 8th floor. Rooms were pleasant, extremely clean, very comfortable bed

Very loud nightclub on 7th floor. That’s just not my thing, not a complaint. I’m just an old man. You can’t hear the noise elsewhere, so it’s well insulated

- The hotel is very big and the rooms are way bigger than what you see in the picture. - The room has all the amenities that you need and everything is clean. There is also a solid AC in the room to beat the heat. - Best thing is the swimming pool on the top of the hotel with benches to sit and towels. - The staff is very nice and friendly too. Also, there is a cafe attached to the hotel so you can get coffee and shisha at any time. - Right next to the metro station that connects to the Airport - Lusail line (Red)

Everything was perfect!

The Hotel is Clean, quiet, and very well connected, with Uber and Public Transport. There are a few places where you can eat with the locals <takeaway foods> delicious and affordable. But if you fancy something more formal or exclusive, there are a few Restaurants nearby but I didn't border to try them. The national Museums of Qatar is about 15 min. Drive and taking an Uber is about 3 Euro and to the Alport is about 5. The Staff was professional, there seems to be Indians Filipinos and Kenyans. Wi-Fi is also very good, so if you are a Remotes worker or just wish to catch up,

To be fair, 1 night is not enough to have a full picture. But would I come back there? Of course, unless I find an equal Hotel more affordable, if I return to Qatar, I'll definitively choose that one.
