My name is Cezar and i was a guest for 5 nights at this hotel. I will try to make an objective review. 1. Location The hotel is not central but not far from it. Walking to Souq Waqif (old city center) takes about 20 minutes. If you dont like walking you can take the metro. The station called Al Jadeda is 2 minutes away from the hotel. By metro is 1 stop to old city center. That central station is called Msherieb. From here is just 5 minutes walk to Souq Waqif. If you"re lazy and dont like walking at all you change metro lines here at Msherieb from red line to gold line and proceed for another 1 station directly to Souq Waqif. Doha has 3 metro lines: Red, Gold, Green. You can swich from one to another at Msherieb Central Station. Red line is to the most interest to you. From the airport you come directly to Al Jadeda on the red line. Also you can go to the new city center (where all the sky-scrapers are, the malls, the parks) by metro red line. This station is called DECC. 2. Breakfast I am a sporty person and i like to eat healthy so the breakfast was a major point for me. The breakfast ist buffet style and that was an important reason i choosed this hotel. The diversity of food is more than ok. After my standards i give 9 out of 10. That one point missing is because they dont have a lot of meat, except for some sausages that were not important fot me. If you"re not an meat-eating beast in the morning, this is the place for you. Cooked and raw vegetables, 3 types of cheese, olives, carrots, mushrooms, raw and cooked tomatos, white and red beans, humus, eggs. The cooked.ones are made in indian style with condiments like masala, turmeric, curry etc. The cook makes you omlets on the spot at request. You can mistake this.breakfast with a lunch sometimes. Sweets are pesent too but was no interest to me so i did not try them. The arabic coffe is.great. My favorite food.was nuts and peanuts with milk. Fruits are present too. Ananas, melons, apples, oranges.

The room was excellent, providing a peaceful atmosphere with exceptionally comfortable beds. The hotel's location near Al Doha Al Jadeda metro station is convenient. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast at the restaurant, which offers an open buffet.

Rooms, breakfast, location, everything is fine...

Security guard on door was rude, harassing and misbehaving with my wife though he was very well aware that she is my wife and my son was with her, he was noticing us going out and coming in since 11 days, she was stopped by this Nepali guy and started enquiring about room numbers etc, and was not convinced even after telling our room numbers, telling them that they are visitors. And was not allowing them in...

It’s good hotel in terms of value for money, clean and its location is good

Staff should be more friendly , I reached early morning and I requested for early check in but the staff in reception rejected while I know that they can arrange, charged me for extra bed without requesting that and when I asked him why extra amount charged he told me extra bed , and he started arranging for that. Breakfast needs more kind of foods abd need to consider the quantity and to refill when needed, when we came to restaurant most of breakfast food was not available. No isolation in hotel and no control on other guests behavior some families kept their children in the corridor without control in early morning bothering the guests in early morning , also dome construction beside the hotel i couldn’t sleep well in this hotel

I arrived in the hours of the morning on a stopover and had to leave after a few more hours. I have never before received such considerate, polite, charming and excellent service as I did from the man on reception. He noted my forthcoming birthday and congratulated me, he arranged for my bags to be carried upstairs to my room, he arranged for a taxi and a wake up call when he addressed me by name. He even caarried my bag and put it in the taxi. The bed and linen were comfortable and very good quality. The air conditioning was very good.

Good staff. Polite and respectful. Quran and prayer mat in the drawers found them by chance. Big room, love it.

Bugs in the bathroom. Carpets has stains. Obvious marks on the sealing of the bathroom indicate for water leaks has happened before. A smell in the clothed made me never use it.

The room is overall very good, with a convenient location. A store is within walking distance, located just around the corner from the hotel. The room is spacious and provides a comfortable environment.

The carpets are noticeably dirty with visible stains and a slight odor. Additionally, the reception staff should aim to avoid using their local language while at the reception desk.

Great location, only a few minutes walk to the train station and minimart just on the corner. Lovely big room, comfortable bed and no outside noise. Though a little tired the room/bathroom was very clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We arrived at 4am so made our booking from the day before for 3 nights and messaged reception the day before to let them know what time we were arriving so our room was ready when we arrived.

The room is spacious and clean. Safe and peaceful hotel. I like their international tv channels and the big screen. The international breakfast buffet is a delicious and spacious place to eat. Accommodative and polite staffs. Room service is fast..

I don't like the old smells of the carpet in the room. The teabag in the buffet is not packed. The staff in the dining room need little training for SOP of the buffet area. They need to be attentive in taking out plates on the table. But they are polite.
