Steigenberger Residences is the best place to stay in Doha. Every single staff member from the check in team right the way through to the cleaning and restaurant team, we were welcomed with exceptional service. A special mention to the restaurant team Ousama, Fatick and the executive chef Simon who catered brilliantly for my son who suffers from dairy, nut and egg allergies. The team provided an exceptional service and the residence itself was immaculate. Very easy to get to and close by to some very good amenities especially the Al-Meera hypermarket which was only a minutes walk from the hotel and residence. The taxis to local attractions like the museums, Katara Village and to some of the best malls Doha has to offer, were cheap and did not cost us much getting around. I highly recommend staying with Steigenberger whenever your visiting Doha. We definitely will be coming back.

The apartment was very spacious, bathroom was spacious as well as the room, a pleasant stay - loved everything about the apartment The housekeeping was on point - everyday the apartment was clean with fresh towels Highly appreciate the housekeeping team for their hard work A sweet gift received from the hotel we didn’t mention anything about my daughters birthday and received a birthday cake - thank you for making her stay feel more and more welcome

Only downfall for the drainage issues in the bathroom when using the shower and bath as I think there maybe be a blockage issue I would advise to get this checked out Only downfall please provide liquid and kitchen sponge for the kitchen this wasn’t provided

The cleaning staff were responsible and respectful. The apartment was decent with full amenities. It was spacious and pleasant. I enjoyed making daily breakfast and occasional lunches. The cutleries was helpful too, would be good to have some plastic Tupperware for children too. The bell boy was polite and good. Sarah was also helpful. Would be a good idea to list what is offered thoroughly on booking.com as we had communication issues and needed up bringing items like hair dryers etc. also the iron in the bedroom does not work either.

The fact we couldn’t acces each others floors to start with was annoying and inconvenient. Which the staff eventually sorted giving me and my friend access to both floors. It was not easy to get this. So be mindful when advertising be clear. However the towels were not enough on a daily basis and I needed to keep asking to replenish. Some of the facilities did not work properly such as the AC. I needed it in the bedroom area but it did not function correctly. And the washer dryer did not function correctly at times.I did speak to the day service team and explain there was some issues with the night receptionist boy regarding late check out, who then offered me a lte check out on the house. Which made a big difference and helpful.

I booked Steigenberger Hotel and Residence after conducting long research on Booking.com to chill out on the weekend with my group of girl friends. The Residence was in a prime location actually it is in the heart of Doha, close to everything equally. It offers a very safe and secure environment for all guests, which is a great thing. The 3 bedroom premium apartment I booked was mesmerizing. We were highly impressed with its clean, spacious and comfortable rooms, top-notch amenities, and it's elegant modern furnishing style which make us feel the luxurious stay without compromising coziness. The serene swimming pool is so clean and nice. We enjoyed our time there in the hot summer as we usually swim after sunset. We didn't experience neither the food options nor the wellness facility and the Spa this time. But, I am interested to try it out on my next visit. The exceptional customer service, and the amiable and helpful staff at this hotel impressed all of us. From the moment we stepped in, we were warmly welcomed by the front desk team and Mr. Essam, which left us with enraptured feeling. During our stay, Mr Alaa was always friendly and asked how our stay was going every time we get in contact. All of the front desk team and the housekeeping team were there for every need of ours, consistently and attentively made sure we were comfortable. My deepest respect to Mr. Essam Othman who sincerely made sure he covered all our needs, Mr Mohamed Abdul Rashid and Mr Alaa at the front desk for their endless efforts to ensure our comfort and peace. Lots of thanks to all of you. We stayed at the Steigenberger Residence in February as a group of five in a three-bedroom apartment, and it was an excellent experience. The apartment was modern, spacious, and impeccably clean, providing all the comforts we needed for our stay. The staff were absolutely wonderful—helpful, friendly, and always willing to assist with anything we needed. Room service attended daily, ensuring our space remained tidy and well-maintained. The location was fine as getting around is easy, as taxis are fairly cheap and readily available. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely book here again if visiting Doha in the future! Highly recommended.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and it truly exceeded my expectations. Upon check-in, I was delighted to receive a free upgrade to a superb room, which was a wonderful surprise. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The Steigenberger's location is ideal, with the metro just a few minutes away, providing convenient access to travel around Doha. The staff is highly trained, and the housekeeping team is commendably trustworthy. Additionally, the receptionists are notably accommodating and attentive.

At Steigenberger, my stay was overall very pleasant. While every place has room for minor improvements, the hotel's exceptional service and convenient location made for a wonderful experience.

Truly speaking, the entire touch from the environment, staff, to facility are all top-notch....it is an environment that meets all lifestyles - employees are all kin to get you (customer) satisfied, it was all about service with style...I will go again and again, your team provided a warm luxury to us (guests – my family and I), by paying attention to details, friendly that made a big difference plus the soft touch of personalized services such as remembering preferences for toiletries, kitchen utensils and appliances, luxury lightings, pillows, room temperature etc. to tailor experiences goes a long way and has created a memorable positive experience for us – my wife and kids (Stella, Nancy, Declan and Miguel) could testify to this as well - in the words of my six (6) year old son Miguel, "Hope we'll be here again by next weekend Dad" – this means a lot to us, A great home away from home….nice place.

The property was exceptional! The rooms were modern, spacious, and impeccably clean. The staff was incredibly professional, welcoming, and always ready to assist. The location was perfect, with convenient access to the city’s main attractions. The facilities, especially the pool and dining options, exceeded my expectations. Overall, the ambiance was both luxurious and relaxing.

Honestly, I cannot think of anything negative about my stay. Everything was well-maintained, and the service was top-notch.

The pool, I feel it should be checked I couldn't stay beyond 20 minutes in the pool as my partner and I started feeling Itchy while in the pool and it became worse the longer we stayed in the pool, so we had to leave and tried to use the shower behind the pool to try and wash up before heading to play tennis for a bit and back to the hotel, but the itchy continued later almost all through the night even after having another at my residence.
