I had an absolutely fantastic stay at the hotel suite with kitchen although I didn't use it, perfectly located just steps from the various restaurants including Pakistani Restaurants. The suite itself was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, offering a comfortable retreat with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The proximity to the city’s attractions made exploring a breeze, with shops, restaurants, and landmarks all within easy reach. What truly elevated the experience was the exceptional staff and manager. From the moment I arrived, the team was warm, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect. The manager Mr. Taufiq was incredibly approachable, personally checking in to make sure I had everything I needed, which added such a welcoming touch. Their genuine hospitality made me feel right at home. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a convenient location paired with outstanding service. I’ll definitely be back!

It does sound quite disappointing when the gym doesn’t meet expectations, especially if it's part of a place where you're looking for a complete experience. A small gym with limited and non-functional equipment can feel restrictive and frustrating, especially when treadmills—an essential machine for many—aren't in proper working condition.

My room was like a small apartment, with everything I needed. The bed was giant and comfortable. The bathroom was clean with nice amenities. The mini kitchen was wonderful. My stay was quiet and relaxing. I liked the pool area and steam room, also. The staff was especially kind and helpful.

The breakfast was nothing special, though it was Ramadan, so maybe it was limited. The location is a bit of a walk to many of the sights, fyi. I didn't mind the walk, but if that is an issue, Karwa taxis are very inexpensive and easy.

Just provide fo clothes drying area and some stainless steel utensils for cooking also the electric stove was not effective it was working very very low flame and to much time to takes foe getting hot. I informed to maintenance for repair of main room phone but he just visited once so we used bed room phones. Otherwise the hotel was very good and I will come again again already I booked three times and stayed there I will always book when my family comes thank you sir and team

Our family recently stayed at this wonderful hotel, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. The staff made us feel incredibly welcome always ready to help with a smile. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and well-equipped for a family stay. Housekeeping did an excellent job maintaining everything during our visit. One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet—fresh, delicious, and with plenty of options for both kids and adults.

There is 2 things i didn’t like the underground car park its supper tight and hard to get it in and out The other thing which was a disappointment for me and my family the swimming pool, sunna and gym opens 8am - 6pm

I enjoyed the fact that the hotel was close to the main road and accessible to the metro system. There was grocery shopping in close proximity to the location. The entire staff was courteous, accommodating, and honest. My spouse enjoyed the use of the gym facilities. I did appreciate that my husband's birthday was acknowledged with a cake. It was very touching.

I found that the kitchen supplies were a bit lacking. I had to buy a set of sharp knives and peeler. Perhaps there could of been more hangers, I also may have asked for more.

My stay at Al Liwan Suites was absolutely superb! I visited with my family and booked two Deluxe Family Suites, which were spacious enough for everyone. The staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating, from the valet to the reception and luggage service—always smiling and ready to assist. I loved how they deduct the amount just a couple of days before arrival and allow all additional services to be added to the bill, settled at the end of the stay. The complimentary coffee and variety of date mixes in the reception were a delightful touch. The hotel exudes a beautiful traditional theme and maintains a perfect room temperature, especially in the cool weather. Everything was super clean, and all amenities—ACs, water heaters, lighting, and kitchen facilities—worked perfectly. The valet parking was free and seamless. Location-wise, it’s perfect, just 10-15 minutes from Souq Waqif, Corniche, and Hamad International Airport, with a punctual shuttle bus service. I highly recommend this hotel to families visiting Qatar—it’s ideal for a comfortable and memorable stay. I will definitely return!

Honestly, there was nothing to dislike. Everything exceeded expectations!

Apartment Hotel suitable for families. Breakfast was decent. Good enough to fill us up for the morning. Location is also good. Walking distance to supermarket, restaurant (kebab and grill is walking distance), money exchange. Using Uber is easy to and from the hotel. Hotel can get you taxi to airport. Easy and reasonable price. The apartment hotel has a washing machine+dryer which is a plus for us having a toddler. Staff were fantastic.

We requested for one extra towel since there was 3 of us (for our son). They sent the extra towel but when staff did the room cleaning the next day, they took the extra towel and left us again with just 2 towels.

A good 4-star hotel. Our room was spacious, and the staff at the hotel were very friendly. If you have a car, there is a free parking lot in the basement, but the entrance is quite narrow, so be cautious if you’re driving a Jeep or a similarly large vehicle. The distance to the city center is just a 5-minute drive, and the airport is also very close. I would recommend booking your stay here, as the quality-to-price ratio is excellent.

The kitchen could be better equipped. We only had three plates, two forks, no pan etc., which isn’t ideal for a family of four.
