New hotel, location is good

Lady at the reception gave me answer with attitude, when i asked her about using pool after check out. Like i asked for something extraordinary😕 so i was strictly and not friendly refused to use empty pool for one hour only. That actually left a very unpleasant aftertaste

Lovely big rooms, friendly, helpful staff. Yasmin at checkin and reception was very kind and helpful. Jamal in housekeeping was attentive and helpful with ideas for getting around Doha. Iman, the pool attendant looked out well while we were swimming as my partner is not a good swimmer. Very nice breakfast each day with some beautiful local dishes included very comfortable beds. Overall, the staff at this hotel really make it enjoyable.

Sadly, signs of this hotel’s ‘better days’ are showing particularly in the pool area . Lots of missing tiles and broken pool chairs. The owners clearly don’t spend money on this area. Carpet in our suite should really be replaced as it was quite marked in places.

A good hotel, close to the metro station. The room was clean and spacious, the bathroom was large and had all the necessities. In addition, the staff were helpful and nice.

The downside is that it does not have a restaurant, so you will have to order food from outside

I had a long layover in Qatar and having travelled for 6hours prior I decided to catch up on my sleep before my connecting flight the next morning. This was a gem, booked last minute and only about 20 mins from the airport. The staff were lovely and attentive and the room was beautiful. Very clean, beautiful decor, well set up. Had tea/coffee making facilities so could make a cuppa quickly in the morning before setting off. I did not eat on site due to my arrival and departure times but if it is a good night sleep you need with excellent facilities - you shall definitely find it here! I plan to come back with my boys for a longer stay to explore the city.

I like the cleanliness and it was spacious.

Small TV, not proportion to the size of the room.

This hotel was just brilliant. Staff were so lovely and helpful! The lady at the front desk gave us a free room upgrade and the room was just tip top clean, very modern and spacious bathroom. The water pressure and temperature of the shower were great! The toilet even had some settings, like a fan etc. Huge mirror and very clean. The lounge area was very clean, there were two TVs in the room. Very big windows, very modern and stylish decoration. The bed was huge! Very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was just 10/10. It was buffet style, but they also made omelettes. The location was alright. For Doha, it was very good. Short drive to other areas. But keep in mind, due to hot weather and things being a bit further apart, you need to drive/take the metro anyway. I would recommend this place to anyone and would come back again! On our last day, they also let us keep all our luggage in the hotel, which we strolled around until late evening.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, mainly because of the excellent service provided by the staff. I would like to thank Momen, the hotel manager, for his immense contribution to ensuring that we were comfortable and happy during our stay here. I would also like to mention Nour, the receptionist, who greeted us with a lovely smile and dealt with us in a professional manner. I cannot help but thank Nour, Momen and all the other staff at this hotel who went out of their way to make sure we were well looked after. So if you are looking for a unique place to relax, try staying here.

* We have children and there is no one trained to look after the children at the swimming pool. * There are finer details that could make the room more comfortable and that is why I suggest having an internal auditor for the hotel.

Excellent helpful staff, The receptionist ladies at the reception were extremely helpful in everything. Excellent service with a smile to the whole staff at reception, at breakfast in the morning and all the other staff from Porter to the taxi service. I loved absolutely everything. I got a huge comfy room, the staff everywhere were so professional and welcoming. Especially in the dining room. The chef explained what I was having for breakfast as I had a huge breakfast feast . I ended my stay with a fantastic do tour of the city with the resident taxi company.. lt was probably the best value and one of the most welcoming places I have ever stayed. It certainly had the best room. Well done guys

Excellent short stay in the Green Park Hotel, Doha. Close to Airport and Metro Station. Easy to reach all areas on the Red Metro Line. I loved the location as it had everything, sparkling new city and some older local apartments, businesses, and residents. The hotel offered everything u need in a well presented room, with all amenities and offered late checkout. Plus the breakfast was excellent. Thank you GPH.
