I must say it was worth the money we paid for it. The staff were friendly and always willing to help. The master room was big and comfortable, which made our stay even more enjoyable. What I loved about this place was that it had everything we needed nearby, including a supermarket, laundry, and pharmacy. The apartment is also conveniently located just a few minutes drive from Souq Waqif and the old port.

One of the main issues was the loud AC sound in the room, which was quite disruptive even though we didn't use it much due to the cold weather. Additionally, we requested a late checkout, but unfortunately, it was rejected, possibly due to the hotel being fully booked during the Asian Football Cup. Another downside was that, except for the master bedroom, the other rooms were relatively small. Despite these issues, the hotel was still a decent option overall.

Very good location, central , near most tourist attraction from airport to museum to old Port, Souq Wagif & Mushaireb . Metro nearby , Uber 1 minute & lusail & westbay not far , every services , supermarket & restaurants walking & near. Biggest 2 Spa in Qatar & Panorama coffee Shop

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! It’s just a short drive to the Souq, making it a convenient location for exploring. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist. The rooms were spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable. Overall, a fantastic experience—I would definitely stay here again!

From Hotel to airport took about 18 minutes. Taxi to hotel QAR 45 at 2300 and taxi to airport QAR 21 at 1400. A big room with washing machine. A few of Small supermarkets and local cafes very close by the hotel. The staff at reception being polite with good English speaking. Especially,the staff ‘ ACIL ‘ at reception introduced me the busy area to visit by metro. He even bring me outside the hotel and showed me the exact direction of Metro station (National Museum). As I have only QAR 200 to pay taxi fee.,he change it for 4 pieces of QAR 50 for me as the taxi driver did not accept QAR 200. He was very helpful to answer my other questions. Hereby I thank him very much for his kind assistance. The breakfast was both local and western type. It was tasted good.

Only 2 big towels provided. One of two bed spread not being replaced. Sometimes the room was having annoying smell. The window glass was very dirty. The inside security lock was broken. No coffee machine provides various type of coffee at breakfast just a pot of coffee.

Great location for me as a solo traveller, metro 5/10 mintute walk away with all attractions Inc souq waqif, katara village and other attractions easy to get to via metro. Architecture and quality of the Mosques are amazing, even the local ones, which were minutes from the hotel My room had a lounge, kitchen and even a washing machine and microwave! Bedroom and decent sized bathroom. The hotel staff were excellent, Burhan and Abdul Raziq were great staff who gave me lots of advice and places to see during my stay, be sure to ask them for any advice on places to visit, get a qatari SIM, exchange money etc. . Overall, all the staff did a great job. I did a workout at the hotel gym, has a squat rack, bench, running machines, dumbells. Best hotel gym I have used to date!

On arrival, I was asked to pay 200 riyal as I had come a "day earlier" due to check-in from 12 pm. I did message the hotel beforehand to tell them.i will be arriving between 2 and 3 am due to flight times and they said they have a 24-hour desk check-in. It was, however, resolved by the next day and I paid nothing. Be sure to clarify this before booking and no extra charge is required if checking in after check on hours. The breakfast could have more variety on a daily basis as it was the same buffet every day. I ended up eating out on the 4th day.

"Finally, the hotel management claimed that a towel was missing and misunderstood us completely. This is truly pathetic feedback from their staff. How can such unprofessional individuals make such baseless accusations? I am a Senior Mechanical Engineer in a Semi-Government Industry, and I expect better service and accountability."

The hotel is closer to many restaurants and supermarkets, we stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment with kitchen, housekeeping cleans daily, and the Front office Manager Mr. Tristan is very , I will return again with a large number of people.

The hotel staff, they are very much helpful and the location is near of the supermarkets and restaurants. Also some attractions are not away from the hotel like Soaq Waqif, old port, corniche and Mshirib.

Cooking pots and plates are not available in the kitchen.

Everything was lovely. The breakfast, the staff , everything except the location. The streets were full of people just standing around and socialising at night. I wish the hotel was located elsewhere...but everything else was perfect!!!

For sure I will come back to this hotel for one reason - the reception staff was just amazing. I enjoyed a very warm Moroccan welcome and hospitality. Aisha and her colleague, both from Morocco did such an amazing job. Aisha proposed me some dates and arabic coffee which I tasted for the first time.
