The information about room layout on bookings is inconsistent with what they actually have. We booked a family room with one double bed, two single beds and a big living room, the hotel gave us two separate rooms initially, and then they changed it to two rooms connected, but without a big living room. In addition, they also offer 5 days breakfast for a compensation. We are happy the correction they made. Besides, the breakfast are good, especially the potato fritters, only served once during the week though.

The carpet between bathroom and bedroom in one suite was soaked with water and covered by a towel (a temporary fix I suppose), it would be better to replace it soon, not a big deal though.

The stay was awesome The room and bed was comfort The facilities like spa and swimming pool was superior The parking are good for two basement The breakfast was good with variety of food The staff all are kind and respectful The special staff named Judy is helpful and smart and knows how to serve customers She serves us very well in the check in and gave us a nice upgrade. I wish the hotel Human Resources give her a promotion and Financial allowance because she deserve that

Suggestion to keep going for higher quality to reach the 5 star standards

Very nice place, cooperative staff, hotel security is managed for parking area swimming pools .. etc properly, no noise at all, i will book again in this hotel if the price isn't going up

The hotel is a wonderful but some of facilities is broken need to be changed, i reserved room with mini kitchen but the room & warm plates in one room & the room is squeezed

Friendly staff, spacious accommodations (Booked a suite), strategic location (Near Souq Waqif, Mushaireb, Museum & Cournish). I Would definitely repeat the experience and include the breakfast offer next time.

Car parking is a challenge especially for SUVs and tall cars, the convenience store is a bit far and does not satisfy the needs of tourists. shower area does not drain fast enough (needs larger drain outlet).

The view was amazing And clean But they don't check what they don't have or have like to toothbrush shampoo. Coz when I came I need to request for that. It has good pool also not deep but it's ok

The Arabic man receptionist 6am I called to ask where the breakfast lounge was and he told me it was on the 3rd floor but no. It's the 1st floor When I get there I see some people checking the 3rd floor So it's not only me he said that. I was shocked and it's kinda not good behavior for the receptionist.

From the reception from the assist of Ms. Phiby, as she assist us and making we have the best room, to the dinner buffet from the Sushi night at Asian Taste which we have assisted by ms.janet and and mr glen and we've always checked by the manager if we got all we need and even invite my son to watch chief Reggie on making sushi. Because of the superb Studio room i've got, i extended my stay for another night and assisted also by ms jeremie. In short all the staff who we encountered are very good, all the facilities specially the pool which the only main reason of our staycation

The only things i didn't like is when ive called the reception and asked for a make up room and the reception who answer was in rush and saying " ok will send some one to clean" and just drop the call and while i was out for 3 hours i was so disappointed to see that they didn't clean it and only clean at 3 at the afternoon

Comfortable stay, good location. Comfortable beds and good services in general.

It took me about 15 minutes to figure the light switches out lol, none of the plugs and lamps worked. The windows on the higher floors are also very dirty so could not see the view.

Excellent and comfortable stay. Great location, rooms were very spacious and the housekeeping team made it a memorable experience.

The front office team should be more knowledgeable.

The basement parking is so narrow and if you have a large car you will suffer.... When you park your car Infront of the hotel; they take your car to the basement... The guy delivered my car smoked in my car; it is not acceptable at all
