We are aware the check out time is 12 pm.Housekeeping knock around 11:40 i guess as im in the toilet i didnt hear when im out from the toilet housekeeping open our door im shock good thing i wear my clothes as my partner still sleeping.This is the first time i experience coz in 5 star hotel they will just enter the room let say after 1 hr of the check out time to check the room not before the check out time. I contacted reception she told me thats the policy really housekeeping will check the room before the check out time and we are not even dress up.the receptionist insisting that they call us but the landline is not working.

Upon arriving, I was greeted warmly by a tall security guard named Abdhallah, who I believe was from Uganda or Kenya. His welcoming demeanor set a positive tone for my stay. After scanning my bags, he guided me to the receptionist, who was a kind and humble lady hailing from Kenya. I appreciated her efficiency in checking me in quickly, despite the hotel being quite busy. I forgot my valid ID, but she kindly accepted my passport, which made the check-in process seamless.I encountered Mamoud, the housekeeping attendant, who graciously assisted me with my bags. The level of service throughout my stay was commendable. The hotel is conveniently situated near Al Barh Street, providing easy access to various attractions—the airport is just 850 meters away, the Qatar National Museum is a short 500-meter stroll, and the metro station is a mere 300 meters from the hotel. Plus, there's a Metro link bus stop just 5 meters away, making transportation a breeze.The hotel boasts eight floors, with a spa located on the top floor offering a calming retreat after a long day of exploring, and a Filipino restaurant conveniently situated on the M floor for those looking to indulge in delightful cuisine. I had a wonderful experience at the Green Garden Hotel. The staff were welcoming, the location was ideal for both leisure and business travelers, and the amenities provided were satisfactory. I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel for families as well, as I was assured by the front office manager from India, Shaji, that it is a family-friendly establishment. If you're planning a trip to Doha, the Green Garden Hotel is definitely a place worth considering for a comfortable, secure, and pleasant stay.

One minor inconvenience I experienced was that my room key card didn’t work every time I exited the hotel, necessitating a recharge. However, I was reassured by the security personnel that this is a normal security measure to protect guests. I appreciated the rationale behind it, knowing that if I lost my key card outside, no one could access my room.

if there was something I loved about this property Green Garden Hotel is the beauty inside and the easy smooth cosy check-in. Especially the lady Receptionist and The tall security from Kenya make me feel really comfortable with my stay . I felt welcomed at the property even though I thought I wouldn't be checked in because my ID 🆔 expired they used my passport to check in . I was served with coffee after i requested and provided Extra towels after my request it took only few minutes .So guys stop lying that this hotel don't provide coffee or towels or tissue. they provide everything and if something is missing just kindly request for it because human is too error 🙏 but that does not mean am supporting anyone . my last conclusion is I will definitely come back again and again and will be regular guests if you allow me. thanks for making my stay memorable

I didn't like the noise from outside the US construction 🚧 but am sure it will finish next week . thank you Green Garden staffs and all housekeeping for the quick check out procedure

So far, green garden did not disappoint me unlike other places . In terms of front desk , security and housekeeping department. The lobby isn't big but it's good and comfortable. They have a free parking close to valet style which you will be assisted by one tall staff in black suit . They have basement and ground parking . The reception are welcoming and willing to help even with directions . The housekeeping are really helping as well . They provided the kettle for making coffee and the coffee sachets as well ❤️‍🩹.
