This was genuinely an amazing experience - the staff made a huge difference to having a positive and memorable stay when on our family trip. Ravi was stellar, and he did his best to accommodate to all our needs - communication was superb and needs met near instantly! Staff in general was very polite, always happy, cheery and welcoming. The ONLY downside would be, that it wasn't as clean as I would wanted it to be (beneath the beds it was quite dirty) and we stayed during a very busy period and there were many other guests/families which sometimes made it difficult to sleep with babies crying - perhaps soundproofing may need to be installed/improved. Location is amazing, nearby so many central key areas - Souq Waqif, Old Doha Port, the Museums and many more. Amazing restaurants and 24/7 marts at your doorstep. Honestly, a great experience, great location and most of all - amazing staff! Would definitely recommend and would stay here again! Thanks again everyone!

The unpleasant behavior of a chef at the reception, who is not understanding, because for a room of 2 adults and a child of 12 years he gave us a small baby mattress which is too dirty and mush and asked us for an extra payment for a larger mattress, that it is a scam on his part. On the other hand all the other colleagues at the reception are nice and very welcoming. A good breakfast at the restaurant, the chef Mr. KAREN is very nice, very kind and helpful.with all his teams.

The breakfast was very delicious and yummy for the kids. It was excellent to my taste- african, as nigerian I really enjoyed the food to my taste. The location was great. The rooms are spacious and price very okay. The dinner was superb and happy to say I really recommend this place, mist especially people from nigeria, you gonna love it.

The only thing I don't like about the hotel is the car parking route, very narrow, if someone not careful can damage his car. So many marks are visible form the wall of the car parking routes- indicating cars scratched the walls due to contact.

The hotel is at a great location, just 10 minutes by car from the airport and 15-20 minutes walking distance to the Museum of Islamic Art. Staff is really friendly, they helped us a lot with breaking bills, printing our flight tickets, etc. The restaurant has few options, we ate different kinds of pasta, all portions were huge. Fruits and juices were quite tasty. WiFi in the room worked well.

We'd get woken up by the prayer calls at 4 in the morning. Don't believe you can escape from that in Doha, but keep it in mind.

I love how cozy my room was. I love the fact that the staffs there are so so friendly, outgoing and easy to interact with. Mohamed, Hiba and Ravi were a great hosts to me! THANK YOU SO SO MUCH FOR HELPING ME SURPRISE MY FAMILY!!🥹❤️ My stay was really special. They were always ready to help me when needed. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Doha for a few days! The location too is so great! A walking distance to Qatar National Museum, very close to Cornich and a whole lot more! Friendly environment too.

Nothing. I loved everything about it!

The highlight of my stay is their gym. Their treadmill has animation on the screen. It makes you feel as though you are outdoors. The view at the gym,Amazing. You can view the sea and city. The gentleman who processed my checking for 1111 on 27June 2024,excellent customer service👏🏿. I must give a big thank you to the housekeeping staff,my place was crisp clean , I had enough supplies and it felt homely. The hotel is located close to everything you need. I enjoyed the food, simple, fresh , tasty with a good price as well. My stay was definitely comfortable thanks to ALL staff for your amazing work to.make this place a memorable one....

Beautiful hotel. Really clean and well presented. A proper 4 star hotel. No fob offs. Location - excellent and easy to find. 15 mins drive from the airport. Right next to the National Museum of Qatar (literally across the road). And easily accessible to Al Corniche the main road to travel through Doha. Rooms - very nice and tidy. Bathroom is clean. Bed and pillows comfy. The Kign bed was like a double king bed!! Restaurant - good selection of breakfast Parking - free and underground, secure. Staff - very polite and courteous. Special mention to Ravi at reception on the night shifts. What a guy!

Not much at all to be honest. I'd say I'm being petty but 1. The AC in the room was loud! You have to turn it off to be able to sleep. Luckily it wasn't hot in the night so that worked out fine. 2. Breakfast whilst had a lot of selection, was the same everyday. Other than that, loved the hotel and the stay.

Staff were very welcoming from the moment I checked in to leaving. Zain at reception and Evans at security both really ensured I enjoyed my stag. As a solo traveller, this really went appreciated so thank you both. Location was great, around 20 mins taxi from the airport and good locations to cities such as lusails, the pearl, old Doha and so on. National museum and Mia are a short 5-15 min walk (nm is slightly closer), and remaining are very accessible via Ubers which are very accessible and relatively cheap compared to London prices ! Bed and views were lovely, and I would recommend to solo travellers.
