Breakfast was good.

I think reception person meed to change bcz he is not flexible. I asked him to let mestay half hour extra after 12. Means 12:30 for checkout. And he told me to pay extra 100qar for even half hour extra. I think its a very rude behaviour. Bcz they should be flexible and treat their coustmer good. Anyways overall hotel experience was good.

The fire signalization. Very loudly. I was waking up scared every day at night There’s no the door in the shower bathroom. So every time after taking a shower whole the floors near to toilet and sink were sopping

Everything was super clean, the personnel was very helpful. The hotel is well located.

The way the bathroom was designed.. the shower is directly opposite to the sink, and after each shower the whole bathroom gets completely soaked.

Comfortable and clean hotel in Doha. Bed and linen was very comfortable with blackout curtains. Room and bathroom were spacious. Kettle and coffee/tea in room. Pool was nice and clean and refreshing after spending a day out in the heat and also had some views of the city. The gym also had basic equipment but all worked well. There was a restaurant on site which was convenient and we had a nice dinner there. We were able to walk to the Mina district, national museum and Souq Waqif (old town area) but it was very hot in the day over 40°C. There are 2 metro stations located nearby about 1km to each which connected to the airport and the rest of the city. Overall, good value for money!

Located equidistant between two metro stations so was a longer and hotter walk than we thought it would be from the metro stations. We stayed for 2 nights and did not have a daily room clean which we thought was unusual for this style of hotel - perhaps we were meant to request this, but was unclear.

The location is close to everything in Old Town (Souk, National Museum, Islam Museum, Corniche, etc). I preferred this location to Downtown hotels. The gym is of a nice size and well equipped. Pool is on the top floor (looked ok, didn’t use). Breakfast is buffett style and a tasty variety. I had some changes in flight schedule, so arrived earlier than planned. Special thanks goes to the reception staff Emmanuel and Jenny who accommodated my extra requests professionally.

My only comment is that the room service needs to improve. While the bed was clean and bathroom looked spotless, the floor has not been vacuumed for a while (and not during my stay) and the table and desk surfaces were spotty.

The location is excellent, close to museums and Souq Waqif. The rooms are clean and well equipped. There are plenty of breakfast options, but be aware that you might not find the typical European items you're used to, like eggs, butter, or cheese.

The air conditioning couldn’t be adjusted from the room. Although I set it to 23°C, it didn’t seem to have any effect. So I had only two options: either turn it off completely or stay in the cold. I mostly chose to switch it off during the night to sleep more comfortably. By the way, this seems to be a common thing in Qatar — it’s 43°C outside, and inside buildings it often drops to 17–18°C. If you’re planning to visit museums or other indoor places, be sure to bring an extra layer — you’ll need it!

would like to say that I really liked this hotel. First of all, the location is excellent—just a 10–15 minute walk to Souq Waqif, as well as the Islamic and National Museums. Additionally, it’s only a 15-minute taxi ride to the airport. The rooms are very spacious and well-designed. I especially appreciated the staff, particularly Emmanuel (if I got the name right), who made a great first impression with his excellent hospitality. To be honest, the area outside the hotel can be quite busy at night, but you don’t hear any noise from the rooms, which is great.

My room was good, but unfortunately, the cleaning service was disappointing. I stayed for seven nights, and I think they changed the bed linens only twice. They also didn’t provide fresh towels after use; once you used them, they weren’t replaced with new ones. Additionally, the bathroom had a problem—after showering, everything remained wet because there was no proper ventilation to help dry the water.

It was a very nice stay in this hotel. The room was spacious and comfy. It was quiet and in a very good location. They provide a one night towel only. I didn't mind but I guess you can ask the second one if needed. Also, there is water and tea in the room.

I can't say this is related to the hotel directly but I got a random Arab guy knocking at my door at midnight. I was very surprised, I thought it was reception maybe until I asked how that was. The guy probably heard my room number and me being alone when I was checking out. It wasn't pleasant and I called the reception immediately and informed them. They sent the security upstairs and escalated the issue.

Decent location, not too far from Souq Waqif but may struggle to find good restaurants that are close Nice and clean apart from a few burn/stains on the carpet Smart tv which you can connect to via BT which is always an amazing bonus Swimming pool is nice however I feel they could put more effort in creating a relaxing environment (stock towels more frequently, provide more shade around the pool, replace the filter which had some visible cracks, shower/toilet/changing facilities and also the lining of the pool needs to be replaced as it is lifted up. Overall really pleasant stay and amazing value for money Will definitely come back!

Basically a non issue but there was window cleaning work being done on the entire hotel and they chose the top floor (right next to the pool) to put their incredibly loud generator. This made it hard to enjoy a relaxed time but this definitely won’t be a problem in the future or when I book again.

Good location, within 10min walking distance to souk Waqif and metro station for easy access. I loved the room it was huge, lots of space, bed was perfect! I just want to say thank you to all staff including security staff, very helpful and so friendly. Both security staff who work day and night staff, great guys! Reception staff were great and welcoming, including those who worked during breakfast hours and house keeping :)

The breakfast was very limited with the same options mostly every day with 1 or 2 adjustments. The fire alarm would go off during the day which would freak me out, the swimming pool was very cold and dirty but if I’m correct it was under maintenance after a few days of my stay but I didn’t use it after, but overall I had a pleasant stay.
