The location truly exceeded expectations in quality, and it’s wonderful to see that it comes at a price that feels accessible.

I had a disappointing experience with the reception staff, as I found their behavior unprofessional. I felt uncomfortable when they referred to me as "brother." I believe a more respectful approach would significantly improve the overall experience for guests.

everything about this hotel is exceptional the staffs were so amazing the gentleman in the reception for evening shift is so humble and professional, he's so fast to check you in without wasting so much time in the front desk. The security in the reception is so professional and welcoming thanks tourist hotel for providing a comfortable hospitality i would like to visit more often 👏👏👑👑

The check in was swift.I would like to give a Thumbs up to the Lad who checked me in that night .Was exhausted had a lot of errands been running through the day...He was professional,welcoming and cheerful

No parking 🤔🙆🏾‍♂️Never saw this 😁...Reached there n was like where will I park my Car ....Rooftop?😁 Anyways It's Qatar parked it outside.All was well...🙏🏽

Room floor should be use carpet or infront of washroom should keen floor may because after ising washroom when come inside room floor are gating wet and it's dengue

the receptionist gentleman was nice , he even changed my room because I made a mistake and ordered a twin instead of single room.

the TV kindly get the digital smart tvs . I couldn't operate the one in room 303

Fast service fast check in not like other hotel they make costumer waiting for 20 to 30 min i really that and the staff they are best then all and now a days they give welcome food really apprecate thank you tourist hotel for the best service🙏🙏🙏🙏

Everything is best

Pleasantly surprised , cheap, very clean and comfortable. Just needed a bed for the night and it was absolutely perfect. Accommodated me fine as I arrived at 2am and late check-out helped

Our stay was amazing and it is a value for money. Great staff's who accomodate us. Room is nice, bathroom is also great it has bath tub. The location is near to national musuem just few walks. I appreciate their service and complimentary cake. Shout out to mr. Samir who was taking charge of us that time

The room is spacious, clean, comfy bed.

Can hear noises from the other room and cleaning cart passing by, no anti slip mat/rug in the bathroom, water is stagnant upon entering the bathroom.

The pillow....it's so comfy
