It was a well known hotel, so easy to get transportation to and from. Location was excellent as a walk away from national museum of Qatar. Room was upgraded and very very spacious Staff were helpful and friendly. Having a restaurant inside was handy. And complimentary breakfast was adequate.

A smell (slightly chemical smell) developed in bathroom if the bathroom door was left closed. However hotel staff were quick to investigate the issue as soon as reported.

I loved the hotel, the location and the staff especially housekeeping staff. They were respectful and helpful and above all kind. Hats off to them. The room was spacious and well-equipped. I loved my eleven days stay there.

I didn't like the alarm early in the morning. My friend and I got shocked coz we were asleep. It was all because of that one who smoked in his room and it is forbidden in the instruction.

Staff across all areas were the best - we interacted with those manning the reception, security, luggage transfer, housekeeping, rooftop swimming pool and dining area who were all responsive, friendly and actively attended to our needs. Special appreciation goes to Samreen at the reception who changed our room from a windowless small one on 1st floor (felt claustrophobic) to a slightly bigger one on the 6th floor with a superb view - which made ALL the difference to our stay! The Shawarma meal on special offer is generous in portion and YUUUUM! :) Location is great too! In cooler weather, a few major sites of interest are within walking distance such as the National Museum of Qatar, the bay area, etc.

No floor towels provided in bathrooms and be forewarned that parking area is tight so pick-up/drop-off need to be quick. Traffic isn't too much around the area though so it's manageable without too much stress.

The room was spacious and clean. It had views towards the ocean in the distance and the corniche. Obviously there's been a makeover of sorts and now it is good. I was somewhat surprised that they had an airport security scanner at the door and a security man in attendance. Over the top for Doha I thought considering I stayed in this city for nearly four years some while ago. I was grateful for the room upgrade.

The bedroom was so big that the double bed was dwarfed. It would make so much more impact for visitors if they picked a bigger bed even just for the look. How can you go wrong with two large flat screen TVs. There's a metro station nearby and if you are in the mood you can stroll to Souq Waqif in under 10 minutes if it isn't too hot. Lots of eating places in the area of Old Al Ghaniem.

The change that happens, I’m actually so surprise because I was one of the people that reviewed this place very bad before but now everything are changing, the receptionist was great and friendly and helpful not like before, the room is clean not like my previous experience, actually I regret because I booked here just 2 nights and I already booked in another hotel for the other nights because I didn’t know this changing happened And a especially thanks for Sana Mohammad, she’s an amazing person, helpful and she keeps asking guests about their satisfaction which is great and make us feel more comfortable.

The furnitures needs to renew like tables, carpets and curtains.

I like that when we booked the property we had just landed from Tokyo and it was early in the morning. I had booked for the same day but check in would be at 3pm that day so we would have to wait around all day till then. We got to the hotel and reception was able to give us the room early as we were checking out the same day. The receptionist done the room for the same price we paid with no extra charges. The rooms were huge and catered for our every need. We will definitely be back. A $8 aud Uber ride from the airport, a shop down the road that has the BEST chicken and mayo sandwiches that worked out to be $1 aud.

It was slightly dated but all in all it was amazing for the price we paid and the experience we had there. Well looked after and a great stay all round.

Customer service was excellent customer care, especially Dhia from reception, Tumar from the security team, and Razak. Without forgetting room attendants, they always knock on your room with respect and give the service accordingly. They make me and family comfortable, I have to stay in different hotels, but the service i get from here was exceptional. All I can say is keep this team. They are one of your assets. My regards to Razak, the time we left, he was off duty.

Hotel exceeded my expectations; everything is great and the price is amazing. The rooms are clean, quiet and very comfortable with a beautiful city view. I had a tan at the pool on the rooftop everyday, and had an amazing time. They even offered me a fan so that I feel comfortable because of the high temperature (45°C). I also have my lunch at the pool. Room service is fast, food is delicious and neat, and there's variety in the food menu. Every staff member is amazing. They are extremely accommodating, delightful and went over and beyond to help make my stay enjoyable and comfortable. I was also provided an upgrade. Thank you: Yasir, Aron, Kiram, Mahendra, Deepak, Shaira and all the staff for making my stay amazing. Sanaa, I love you too dear I have been staying at Plaza Inn for a week and definitely will extend my stay. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Doha.

I like the room which I got the same price was big hall and bedroom separately and the enjoy my trip.

The things which I don't like was when I reach there and when I give my confirmation then the receptionist says your booking is already cancelled because when they try to charge through my card was not progress which I mention before pay in the property. And I didn't receive the message also that your booking has been cancelled I don't know why this is happening this time last time it was not happen and I booked single bed and I received double bed which was disgusting. I booked 3 times in this hotel but I face the problems first time which was unsatisfied. Please raise this issues with your TM. Thank You
