Gokulam Park is well located, walking distance from National Museum, actually take time to visit it very well done. and souq waqif at 10 mn walk. All staff are very friendly in Hotel from bellboy, Reception and Housekeeping. i am already came many time here, try different rooms , different sizes and floors. i never been disappointing. always clean. breakfast buffet is good, and th 2 bars nice and you feel safe with the security guys around. i will definitely come back again in 2024.

nothing to really say. only 1 small detail. when you go in your room at the first time, even you put the key card in main switch. the light are not coming in main rooms. you must find the remote control in a dark and it is quite difficult. if you dont have your phone with you. if it was a remote holder next to the entrance of the rooms , it will be easy.

Breakfast was good specially service. It seems to be under manning as waiters were struggling with several tables same time. However a waitress from Kashmir (India) was really helpful and very flexible with our requests. Even Housekeeping and Front desks staffs were very helpful.

Room requires maintenance plan. I mean preventive maintenance. This will help overall positive first impression. Like my room WC seat was having permanent stains plus silicone were black for all around bathroom. So it needs a periodic plan.

This hotel is better choice I found peace here I Recommend everyone to come here in one time a month to stay in peace and explore the location my all month stress and tired feelings Remove here I feel I like I boost to go back my work 😉

Nice location. 6 minutes from Metro. National Museum 3 minutes, almost across the street.

Breakfast was very poor. I asked three times to bring a hair dryer. Finally, they brought it, but .... very old and not working. TV wasn't working, I called to the front desk, and they immediately gave me a key for another room.

The staff starting from the reception, breakfast specially Swastika was so nice and very helpful, even the cleaning staff were amazing. I really felt very comfortable and welcomed.

They could have but more staff for the the swimming pool.

Big rooms, very comfortable, clean. In a suite two bathrooms. As a 4 people family we got a double room and a suite. There was a door connection between them, This connection made it to be a quite big flat with three bathrooms and two double beds, three rooms. It was more than we needed. Quite nice side view to the ocean. Efficient air condition. Hotel is very close to the National Museum.

Once for unknown reasons lift refused to go to a ground level.

Reception staff very nice and helpful. We stayed for one night during our connecting flight in Doha and arrived in the evening with small children. Some bed items were missing and the reception empoyee resolved our issues very fast. Thank you!

We booked for 2 adults and 2 kids a big room with one sleeping and one living room. We would expect that the beds and bed sheets for kids are included into our booking. But it seems to be a general issue, maybe for booking.com for definite countries. As we experienced the same twice already.

We could see many bachelor male and females moving in and out of the hotel during night hours and it made us feel a little different as it wasn’t looking normal.

Room location building is very Nice.The receptionist I don't know the Name but Philippine Nationality is very Nice she Treat us very well I appreciate the way how she work ♥️♥️♥️ I wish I came again
