We had a wonderful stay at Shaza Hotel—it’s a great place, especially for families. The hotel is very clean, peaceful, and perfectly located right next to the metro and just a short walk from Souq Waqif, which makes it easy to explore the city. A big thank you to Yassine at the reception. He was extremely professional, polite, and welcoming. From the first moment, he made us feel at home. He took the time to explain everything clearly, gave great tips about the area, and made sure we had everything we needed. You can really see that he cares about the guests and wants everyone to have a great experience. The breakfast was amazing, with plenty of choices for both adults and kids. The staff were always smiling and ready to help, which made the atmosphere even more pleasant. Our suite was always spotless and fresh, thanks to Jaber, who did an excellent job. He was very careful with the details and made sure everything was perfect every day. Overall, Shaza Hotel is a perfect choice for families or anyone looking for comfort, kindness, and great service. I would definitely come back!

Due to the fully booked season at the hotel, they were kind enough to upgrade us from a standard room (2 twin beds) to a 1 Bedroom suite. However, we are a couple plus a friend so it was just a bit awkward to sleep beside a friend too, like we just had no choice. But again, overall, the upgrade was reasonable. The breakfast was nice but when I requested some whipped cream for my waffles (yes, they served waffles!), well we had a good laugh when they gave some cream (not-yet-whipped). That made my morning. Then the supervisor also assisted us to get paper cups for a cup of coffee to go (to bring to the room as I normally only take coffee after eating). He was so kind enough to let us do so. These small gestures really makes a 5-star hotel, 5-star. As a resident of this country, the cost is amazing considering the experience. It was a nice weekend getaway and at which does not hurt the pocket severely.

Pool was small and limited seats are available. But the life guard on duty was also helpful in letting me know which seats are available but me and my friend had to sit far from each other.

Shaza Hotel is an amazing hotel,, excellent service was provided to us during our stay, flexibility of the staff to accommodate our needs, all the staff are very nice and provide excellent customer service either the staff at the front desk , security, reception , restaurant staff, managers all of them are doing an excellent job. Thanks to all of them and a special thanks to Shaima and Hicham at the reception for their excellent customer service. I recommend everyone who would like to visit Qatar to take this hotel because it is near to metro station and all other touristic places, museum, Cornich, Souq waqef , restaurant, Msheireb etc.... . I will stay again in the same hotel in my next visit to Qatar and I recommend it to my family and to everyone as well. I stayed from April 16-27. it was a good stay

This hotel is in the perfect location to allow you to explore Doha. There are SO MANY tourist attractions walking distance from the hotel, and restaurants, shops, and the Metro station is less than a 5 minute walk from the hotel (that connects you to the Airport and other areas to continue to explore). The hotel is spacious and clean. The hospitality from the staff is amazing. Without hesitation, if my travels led me back to Doha, I would definitely choose to stay at this hotel. i really like the cleanliness of the room, lighting is up to detail,the rooms looks so aesthetic especially the view of the nearest attractions near the hotel.. The customer service n assistant is very professional n welcoming i really loved it especially mr yanice n Mrs shamal in guest service they really wonderful..

I recently stayed at this hotel for about three weeks, and I can confidently say that its high rating is well-deserved, largely due to how the staff treat their guests with genuine kindness and care. From the moment I arrived until the day I left, I felt that my comfort and satisfaction were their top priorities. The team here goes above and beyond to ensure every guest has a wonderful stay, consistently showing a level of dedication that truly sets this hotel apart. I would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to several staff members who made my experience particularly memorable: Ravishan, Chayma, Asif, Asrin, Yascine, Chef Emad, Didarul, Anil, Mohammad (luggage), Mohammad Masum, Grace, Nouruddeen, Anindit, Idris, and Jerry. Their warm and professional service significantly enhanced my stay, making it not just enjoyable, but truly special.

It is a beautiful hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The concierge, Muhammed, was also very helpful and organised a great city tour trip for me. The restaurant was excellent too, with wonderful service and food. The buffet breakfast was so varied, and I would recommend the Thursday evening buffet, too. I swam in the rooftop pool, and while it was too hot to sit in the Skygarden area, it looked great. It was so close to major attractions, too,although it could be very hot in the middle of the day. The decor was especially nice. I would heartily recommend this hotel, as it was good value for money too.

Great Location. Walking distance to Souq Waqif (10min walk), also very close to small super markets and shops. Very beautiful and nice hotel with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Staff were very polite and professional.

Breakfast needs more variety. But overall it was not bad.
